Any of you guys know if ON whey is something that should be avoided when you have a stomach bug? My daughter and I can't keep anything down on either end, both have fevers and I particularly have absolutely no appetite today. Tried to eat a banana and saw it twice immediately. My wife took my daughter to the doctor and was told to avoid any greasey food and keep her hydrated (as well as some meds) but I'm trying to stick it out. My liver is probably toast from that shot i had yesterday for my back and the meds I was on all weekend for it so don't want any more meds in my system. Anyways, I need to get something in me before I pass out and wondered if whey was an option or does it contain stuff that could irritate your stomach even more. (I figured whey because it's fast digesting and may be able to hold it in long enough).
