It's annoying because I cancelled my Youtube Premium account about 3 weeks ago.

Oh well I will get it again. Having no Youtube ads practically makes it more worth it than the other non Netflix subscriptions. Though since Netflix MCU is officially done for, I'm less partial.

Here's a coolstorybro.

Kinda taking a break from squats for more than a month now. Have a pretty bad, chronic tendinitis on both knees. This 'problematic' training situation was to remedy in a way that I did extensions, curls, then some 10 sets on a sort of a hack/legpress hybrid machine with knee wraps and some mega intensity. Managed to save the thickness in quads and glutes. Untill yesterday.

Runny nose, cough, proly fever, but decided to go, lie down on a real legpress machine, push a lil bit and go home. Did some 4 sets of 50 reps with an empty sled, which wheighs around 180 pounds. After that, decided I don't feel that bad after all. Added a 45 plate left and right, did 4 sets of ~ 40 reps. Continued in the same manner, till I ended with 8 plates each side, for 4 sets of ~8-10, with help from hands pushing the knees. It was like 36 hard sets boys n girls. Pump is till here lol, thighs look 2 inches biger than normal. Mere contach of underwear vs glutes hurts. I am afraid to wake up tomorrow

Those are great, but I'm not talking about extras, I'm talking about simple needs. Someone has to land the business for all the necessary sports networks. Streaming options will only get bigger. No reason to have a cable box or satellite dish anymore.
