Then I have NO explanation. During my binges I never work out o.O...
My eating schedule goes a little something like this.
Wake up - EC
3-5PM - Eat lighter meal, or carby meal.
9-11PM - Workout
11PM-1AM - Eat again
NO BUT I CAN FEEL THEM TOO, FEELS SERP FEEELS!
I too use to scratch 'ab' like shapes into my stomach with my nails.(NOT SRS)

post-poop weigh in: 187.0
and that's with breakfast/water in my stomach. the lightest weigh-in i have from when i lost weight in '09 but didn't know wtf i was even doing was 188. so i'm officially the leanest i've been since high school. feelsreeeealgood.jpg/10
brb not eating and/or peeing excessively so i can see dat 186.9 by the end of the day.Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Dude I'm 100% serious.
My chest and Bis are terrible right now. If I work everything with the same frequency I'm not going to address problem areas. I might do a maintenance day every 7 days where I hit everything except chest and bis.
Everything else is growing.. what else am I supposed to do?

Dude, look at my calves in my profile, not progress pics but the gallery. My calves went from normal to massive just hitting them once a week and running once a week in a really short period of time, that is straight up genetics. I have a flat chest which progresses VERY slow, but other stuff, well back and lower body has always grown fast.
Mesomorph bottom, ecto top (if there was such a thing)There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I don't work calves directly (just squat and leg press) at all and they are easily the best looking muscle on my body. Genetics plays a huge role when it comes to things like this. I also never work my traps directly and they are unusually large compared to the rest of my body. My arms lag behind though. Bi's and tri's will never look quite like I want them too. My brother has been a gym rat since high school (now 31) and he's basically at genetic potential. He also has massive traps and calves with small (in comparison) arms.

My chest, lats and quads/hammies grow just fine as long as I work them. My arms, calves, and gluts seem immutable regardless of training style or frequency (discounting fat gain).

I'm losing 100-200 grams (0.2-0.4 pound) a week, I don't think my deficit is severe. I think my hunger might be intensified by my lack of rest/sleep.
