How is the machine training holding up for you? Do you miss barbells or dumbbells?

Rest day yesterday. Just had no time since I was very busy the last few weeks. Will probably do two light training sessions today and tomorrow and hopefully resume training in full capacity next week. But it's OK, the body needed some rest anyway after 1 year of 5 days / week training.

Hey Wave!
Good to see you back at it! Quick question, I'm been cutting for the last eight months with excellent success following your rules, but recently, my strength gains have plateaued working out three times a week, what do you suggest to get over the hump? Lowering the weight and doing more reps? Taking a week off? Changing exercises?
Thanks!

Just a quick update since I haven't been active for a while: I'm very busy right now and will probably not be updating for a few weeks. I think I'm still a little overtrained so I'll go easy for now. Will start updating again ASAP.

Yeah, can't outrun time... the cardio will destroy my gainz
Far from my ideal physique, I moved into a new job where I travel a lot and it's hard to get the motivation to eat right and train in hotel gyms. Not completely out of shape but muscle has gone down and weight has gone up. Cardio fitness is also up though Trying to get into a schedule with the weight training again, using your log for inspiration!
Overtrained and overworked /FeelsbadmanYou don't try to build a wall.
You don't set out to build a wall.
You don't say, "I'm going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built!".
You don't start there.
You say, "I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid.".
You do that every single day, and soon you'll have a wall.

Quick update: after a few struggles like hernia surgery and torn back, I‘m back. This time bigger and stronger than ever with the goal of repeating my condition from 10 years ago but with roughly 15lbs more muscle mass. I'm in week 7 of my shredz, dieted down from 187lbs to currently 174lbs.
I hope to be shredded at about 165lbs.How to lose fat for Noobs: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129247741
