whats your approach on cutting? whats normally the deficit, days of cardio and how many lbs are you losing a week m8?

i was on John Otis Hollywood's program before he goes MIA completely 4 weeks ago
now I'm just winging it lol
looking for a replacement coach
i was doing cardio 4 times a week with 2 HIIT and 2 slow walking for 2 hours

the key is just to look inwardly as much as you can instead of outwardly for external validation factors
I think the more understanding one has of oneself, the less of a phuck he cares about what people think of him
the question becomes, how do you know yourself?
i do it through my videos and meditation, you may do it through bodybuilding or writing,
i guess it just comes down to finding your creative outlet

not being afraid of getting rejected.
I actually like being rejected because you'll feel like you have less to lose and gives less ****. Most importantly, it strips away the ego that makes you hard and heavy, which is good because my dick can only become hard when everything else is loose and fluid.

on a relative level yes, you feel like you are freeing making decisions subjectively
but there's also the absolute level of reality, where the whole universe might be pre-determined. But we can't really know it in and of itself so it's useless to talk about it. It's not like you're gonna stop waking up and doing what you like because on a deeper level there is no free will. I don't really like the free will vs determinism debate. I think it's quite useless.

i like the video content. I took some meds w caffeine and this video made it feel like a weird high.

I think BBing is ego-driven, and starts primarily from a foundation of raw ego. (most people i know have gotten into the game because of damaged/fragile egos). Ego-driven, but not ego-dependent. first you were losing me with a lot of side-thoughts, but your conclusion is pretty solid and the visuals pair off perfectly.

Just like with the physical states, gauges of intelligence are founded on ego and highly dependent on ego early on, hence why many kids stay stuck considering themselves stupid and fear raising their hands in class, answering questions out loud, etc, but once the ego is reinforced, their self confidence becomes stronger, they reach a level of normal intelligence and their ego is preserved. If the mind and/or body is worked on further beyond "baseline" levels (whatever level those around you are at), one of 2 things happens: the ego consumes the person or the person tames the ego.

Thus, i think you could say theres stages of ego development in both mind and body; both based on ego, dependent on it for 1) cultivation (at least in most people), and then contingent upon 2. maturation, the individual will 3a. become ego-centric i.e. egotistical, or, as you mention they can 3b. transcend the temptation of ego-centralization and become aware of the ego for what it is: a raw driving force or vehicle towards complete self-actualization. Get at me Fronk, i miss my college philosophy classes and need some mental stimulation nomsayin?

We need people like Frank Yang. He could be the next Zyzz, but without making the whole fitness industry decline drastically thing. Yang is way smarter than anyone else in the fitness industry. Not sure he's going about it the best way to truly grab people...but that's his choice.
