i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Protip if you are hiring services on Odesk of Elance etc.

ALWAYS negotiate on the price. NEVER accept their first proposal.

I can attest to this, not that I work through elance/etc, but when it comes time to discuss pricing with a potential client, I always add some room for negotiating to my price. I.e. on a 50% margin I might be comfortable with a $2k monthly fee plus setup costs, but I always bump it up 10% to $2,200. If the client is looking to negotiate then I can always drop the setup fee and the 10% and still be exactly where I want to be.

I have a good experience with a guy writing for me for a long time from India. Once posted a job for a picture that needed to be taken and had applicants that didn't fit the job, apparently didn't understand english but still applied ;D.

I have about $200 worth of google ad credits, $50 for ********, and $100 for Bing/Yahoo.

Also I'm having a hard time getting traffic to my site I'm wondering if it has something to do with SEO? I'm only getting about 50 visitors a day max . I don't recall ever doing anything seo wise to my site, and I'm always hearing people talk about this.

Odesk is great if you can explain EXACTLY what you need. I mainly use them for scraping and data entry, basically things I can outline step by step instructions without any ambiguity.

I would say no as they are just looking for free stuff. 200k likes is good, but how active is their page? That would be my determining factor.

If you do hook them up with gear, make sure it has your domain and/or site name.

I personally wouldn't do it because I would have to order from SS and then send to them or order for them and send. It's one thing if you ship yourself though.

Check out their fan engagement.
Ask why they are contacting specifically your company? Was it a tailored message or just some generic send all?
Ask what they can do for you.

its all about the interaction, if they aren't getting interaction on their posts, they most likely purchased said likes/follows

This person is kinda sponsored, but in other niches. Their FB page is basically vids and pics of photoshoots.

~ 2 years from launch of site. it's peanuts and I don't even work on the site anymore, but it is zero maintenance and continues to produce.

Will have separate websites for these regions with their respective currencies, and will also have to go through a separate WooCommerce ordering system, which will then forward the orders to their respective fulfillment company warehouses.
