I do 50 rep squats to rock bottom several days out of the week, plus higher rep deads. I can certainly eat ground beef for protein. I had a burger the other night plus homemade meat balls with egg noodles.

You wish you could eat that but I figured out why you are so cranky when it comes to food, you are involved in that silly fight games which means you always have to cut weight, yup AM wrestling is the same crap, you gain weight and then you loose to the big boys. I’m in excellent fuking conditioning and continue to get better. Let’s see some 100 rep squats buddy, with weight added!

Ha, I don't need to cut weight as I just roll in at my current weight. The weight classes are 10lbs so I'm good sitting between 208-212 as I have been for a while now. But to be fair my diet has been shti lately. I love me some icecream and I've been loving it too much as of late.

I don’t go on Instagram, are you doing 100 squats in one set? I’m doing sets of 50-60 and working up this summer to say 75-80 in one set. These usually last like a full round or maybe a tad longer.

I still weigh about 5# more than you at your heaviest and I’m 5’9” lol I eat a couple spoons of ice cream about once week, that’s it for deserts. But I use whole milk in my shakes and eat Crazy Richards Natural Chunk.

No way I could handle that volume and do what I'm doing. Would crush my hips. I did stretches of high volume like you though. I would do 100 reps of 225 squat and 355 deadlifts. Usually I'd use a timer so say under 10 minutes for each. I still do high volume superset type stuff just not squats and deads. Now a days I do heavy farmer carries and superste those with weighted dips and then kettle bell swings. Same goal on those using a timer to keep the heart rate up. Good luck on the summer squat goal. It's impressive for sure, IMO.

I was down to 202 for a bit but I've been dealing with a medical condition with my stomach for over a year that has made life hell. Long story short its been hard on my body and I'm probably over trained ATM as well. Medical procedure mid Aug hopefully leads to a solution so I can get back to "normal". Maybe then I'll squat again
