So many new things since I was last in the market, taf. Even the X95s came out after I stopped buying.
I'm a bit conflicted about the suppressors... it looks like some of the new stuff that's come out is much better than doubling down on old AAC stuff, but I've got so much invested in their 51-tooth mounts that I feel like I'm locked into old tech unless I want to completely blow up interoperability with what I have.
This all got kicked off when I decided to clean up the garage lol.I'm always angry.

Mostly in response to the part in bold...loose lips sink ships. I mean just look at that ship up there ^
Great safe location would be indoors (HVAC for the stuff inside, full alarm monitoring of the home, your access, in a corner (fewest exposed sides to attack, less room to maneuver tools), possibly in a closet (concealment and even less room to maneuver tools), possibly in a corner that is an exterior corner of the building (fire). Don't let anybody know anything about it, it says you have things worth buying a big safe for, tells them WHERE that safe and those things are, and tells them what it is so they can research how to best get into it ahead of time. Remember that loose lips sink ships thing? It's not just the people you know and choose to let know to worry about, it's literally every single person they talk to, or overhears them talking, or if it's out in the open every repair or maintenance or any other person who sees it and everyone they talk to or overhears them talking...just no to putting it on display as a deterrent. We're talking about Residential Security Containers here, they aren't really that hard to break into.
Now, if you get a smash and grab, opportunistic, amateur, whatever, who stumbled across it after activating your alarm, probably not going to take the time to break into it. That alarm part is critical, these RSC's mostly work on slowing people down just enough that that alarm they triggered starts to mean something. And bolt it down.
Also, figure out what things should be in your home RSC and what things should be in a safe deposit box
Sounds about right
So, what was in the garage? lol

I was surprised - going through boxes of stuff that got packed when we moved into our current house, I found a ton of chit I didn't remember (8 Geissele triggers (!) that I must have bought on sale from Primary Arms and probably never decided which guns to put them in, 3 sets of Diamondhead sights in a ziplock bag, four 51T flash hiders, a few scopes and an Aimpoint CompM2, etc.). My OCD is killing me though, I'm short of a suppressor pouch for an SDN-6, and I've basically been rummaging through boxes and range bags through the whole house and garage looking for it, and it's driving me nuts that I can't find it.
I refuse to pay $60 including shipping to buy a replacement from AAC given that the SDN-6s are like $500 a pop now, but I know I'm going to drive myself insane knowing I'm short a pouch.I'm always angry.

the type of person who would call the concept of the NRA extremist is the same type of person who thinks its common sense to completely ban all firearms and force buy back/confiscation. then increase income tax to 90% because its "for the children"
in other words a complete idiotMerica

Anyone have a DDM4V7 pistol in .300 Blackout? Found one local with a set of sights and some mags for $1100.

Jalen Hurts is a good quarterback and, by all indications, an even better teammate. I wish him well at OU
