Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a 10 oz New York Strip steak, seared to a perfect medium-rare in a blazing-hot cast iron skillet, some hand-cut french fries, a really tasty salad, and my usual glass of cold milk. IMO, this is the perfect mass-building meal.
No brain, no gain.

Wow, both of those look great.
@IronWill2008, what is your recipe for those fries? They look great
My dinner today:
~12 OZ of Lean Chicken Breast marinated in hot sauce + garlic powder for around 3-4 hours
Spinach
Little under a half a cup of brown rice
I've been eating a pretty similar dinner for a while so might need to start adding some variety.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a bowl of the BEST SOUP EVER---potato/cheese/broc**** with some crumbled bacon and scallions, along with a glass of cold milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut feast was a plate of cheese tortellini with home-made marinara, a broiled chicken breast, an excellent salad which included kalamata olives (!), and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was eggs (with fresh parsley; the herb garden is already providing product), bacon, cheese grits, toast and milk.
No brain, no gain.
