Thankfully they're native to South America. We don't need more of that dinosaur age sh*t here.
The most common one I've seen is the Huntsman spider. Harmless but when confronted by a spider the size of an adult hand you'll probably feel better if you kill it with fire. Occasionally you might see a Redback spider which is like a Black Widow. The worst of course is the Funnel-Web. Never seen one and I'd like to keep it that way.

Glad we don't have funnel web spiders in the U.S. They are deadly poisonous and aggressive.
Look at the size of those fangs.

that Funnel-Web spider looks like a heart attack on eight legs. it wouldnt really need to bite me, just get somewhere within 50 yards of me and i would probably break my neck trying to run awayYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Spiders are only poisonous if you eat them.

My building was open in the morning but I guess it like locked at 10am or something. UPS driver came and couldn't get it, but I thought the door was open so I called and bitched. He came back out and I realized the door was locked after all. I apologized profusely but he was pretty awesome about it.

Wow, fantasy football decision of the season for me...I get to finish 8-8 because I benched the San Francisco defense just before the game last night to protect my <2 point lead. That defense ended up scoring -5 points. I would have lost the matchup and finished with a losing record had I kept them in.

Nice call.
I ended up with 2nd place and 3rd place in my two $100 leagues. This football season hasn't been bad to me. Going to get $300 from the 2nd place league and like $50 back from the 3rd place one. Also won $200 for my football pool that costs $85 for the entire season.-

Evening folks. Nothing like having Trans-Siberian Orchestra playing on my stereo while waiting for some salmon fillets to finish in the oven. Then off to the 10:30 Mass later tonight.

I'm thinking it might get another play through when I return to germany for a bit. That'll be either play through number 4 or 5. Although I don't watch them as thoroughly/intently as I do on the first watch (i am generally on the computer with teh tv in view so I can watch while doing other things).
