Damn I knew that too. Sorry to hear about the shoulder injury once again. You play your cards right and you'll have 315x5 soon. I know it given your exceptional progress. Hope your shoulder gets better fast. That is one thing you gotta really be careful about. You remember what I suggested right?

"This is taking longer than expected. Your video has been queued and will be processed as soon as possible."
****ing youtube...
O rly? Well I hope he plays like he did the first couple of games and only gets better. Yesterdays game was a nightmare. I don't really blame him though, its mainly the 9ers offensive coordinator. They have so many weapons as far as receiving is concerned yet they don't seem to utilize that much at all. They keep running the damn ball like they're used to. Don't get me wrong Gore and Hunter are both animals and running is a great choice with them no doubt...But not every single play.
Get Kaep throwing more and he'll only get better through experience.
What do you think?
Hell yeah it was. Its videos like these that motivate me that much more. People I know kept telling me to stay away from heavy singles after hurting my back last week. But I'll be back to them eventually. They're just too much fun.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

nfl is moving more towards a rushiing/running qb. it wants a duel threat qb.to be honest, i was waiting for his first loss. but it wasnt his fault. who the fuk calls an option deep in ones red zone?
kap gives the 9ers options, which i think jim is still trying to figure out, but he kid has a rocket. he wasn on the nev team that stopped boise st from a perfect season. 4th q comeback, so he has what it takes, as they say

Sick benching man, it's ridiculous how easy you made that look.
I'm too scared to try suicide grip, seems like a bad accident just waiting to happen.Powerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5

Thanks Nads
lol thanks Lu. Fish and chips sounds damn good right about now. (+lemon, beach, and a happy Donnie Thompson Blimp in the sky)
Yes but what do I do when I go to the gym?
Haha thanks Jason. I am as honest as I can be on here. When I say I have more I have more. I could have very well had that for 8 if I peaked correctly. You know me I hate going to failure.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

So my lower back is still sore and injured, but I do have full mobility. Its like a 3/10 on the pain scale. Need to ice and rest still. When I foam roll or have my girl massage it the pain is up there. So I'm kind of pissed, but I know it will get better soon.
Light Recovery Squats
275x5
275x5
275x5
--This kind of hurt me a little so I think I upped the weight too fast, but well see how I am tomorrow. I'm not really more injured, but my back is a little more sore than it was. Whatever.
Medium Weight SOHP
185x6
185x6
185x6(more)
--Not bad. Strength is still there thank god so that made me feel better.
WG DH Pullups
BW x 4
BWx 4
BW+25 x 5
BW+25 x 5
BW+25 x 5(challenging but a little more in the tank)
Chins
BWx12(More)
AB Wheel
Knees x 10
Knees x 12
That's it. Don't wanna over do it. The squats felt ****ty. Pressing felt good besides the part where my lower back started cramping on rep 5-6. Pulling is a little stronger and I think I'm still @ around 230. Really thinking about my programming now and my goals. I'm going to be taking it a little easier probably for the time being.
Had a nice stretch/shower/meal....Then popped two ****s and sipped on some beer. Feel nice and relaxed now.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240
