Sorry I've been absent... I sometimes lose track of the logs I'm following, even with subscriptions. >.<

The tattoo is beautiful! The artist did an outstanding job, and the feather details are so delicate looking!
    Gorgeous puppers too. :3

I think microblading is what my friend had, she had a temporary tattoo-ish thing done to hers, and they were on point.

*Edit. I had to comeback to this post, because an article popped up on my FB feed that showed someone with a bad microblading experience. The skin of her eyebrows literally fell off on her pillow. Now, this was because of an allergic reaction, so I wouldn't say not to do it. Just I'd recommend seeing if the person can do a test spot somewhere inconspicuous to make sure you're not allergic to the dye.

Hahahaha they are buggers to put on lol, I found the glue pulls too every time you blink and it's not too comfortable lol. Oooh I should look into that too! My eyelashes are long but thin

Oh awesome What!? hahaha I thought the blonde looked awesome on you lol
******** has groups called sawp n shops, I have seen local girls post specials on micro-blading from time to time, maybe check out one for your area (just make sure they are licensed ect)I got in on a deal at the shop I bought my last wig at, they specialize in medical prosthetics, wigs and now micorblading for people going through medical issues.

My neighbor used to do beauty pageants and has offered to show me how to apply them...I think I will take her up on that lol

I love the long brown, wig. I have not had hair that long in years, like since I was a teenager!

No worries! I'm so terrible about keeping up too

The artist did an awesome job! The feathers look like they would be soft to touch. I'm going back to him for more work when I can afford it!

I've seen horror stories for sure!We tested and made sure it was all good to go.

Lol, I'm sure you have. I'd imagine anyone looking to get anything like that done would do some research.
Obviously not the people in the horror stories, but most people. >.<

Solid workout! Checking out the RDL video, it too often feels like I'm moving into a SLDL. >.<
Watching it so far it seems like my issue isn't my knees, that's actually correct (not SLDLing it), but definitely getting to the point here I'm going down past when my hips stop going back. I thought the goal was to get low af. Might actually help me move more without hurting my back.

Going to keep that in mind next time, thanks for sharing!

That story of that chick that had her skin slough off just popped up on my FB feed

I had the same issue and I was letting my knees go out too much. Another movement that a lot of people tend to over extend on is the Good Morning, it's like and RDL wih the bar on your back, same concept with getting the feel in the glutes and hammies and not having it transfer to the the lumbar.

I know ads are based on searches, and frequently visited sites, but I think they know what you post about in forums too. lol.

I thought my knees weren't bending enough, but I guess SLDLs are really straight legged. Glad you mentioned the GMs too, they never feel right, though at light weights the hip stretch feels good. It feels like I'm having a hard time pulling with my glutes/hams from the bottom portion, and that's probably because I'm working my back at that point. This may also save me some lower back issues.
Guess I'll see how it goes Wed, and Fri. Today's leg day has neither. Thanks again, back problems are the bane of my existence.

The technique is debated a lot but I trust Eric Helms, Bret Contreras and Lyle McDonald in regards to this stuff and they are team hip hinge and minimal lumbar action if glutes and hammies are the goal Hope it helps, I lurk your journal so you don't have to report back lol

My grip strength goes soooo fast lol. I used to not need my straps until about 200lbs but lately I need them for less lol. My boyfriend tells me all the time "you're not working your grip here, you're working your glutes and hammies" and that made me feel better about using them hahaa He's like if you want to go work your grip do some grip exercises lol

I can't use gloves because of my tiny kid hands so I think straps are needed. Now I just need to figure out a decent brand and go from there. I only use liquid chalk and as someone that has never used any gear i.e. belts gloves ect, it will take some getting used to!

I am in full on damage control with these stupid steroid side effects. I am moving to RFL with the EC stack to see if I can get this water weight off. You know it's bad when your mother-in-law calls your husband to ask if you are ok when a picture your tagged in is loaded on FB and you look bloated AF. I have also bought neoprene waist trainer, and no I'm no waist training, it's mostly to get the water out of my core, all that blasted water seems to be settling in my face and stomach Another benefit is if I don't do the cheat meals and refeeds going into Ketosis is known to suppress immune response so maybe it will get the inflammation under control. Mother fuking autoimmune crappity crap crap!
If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

It's like, I don't recognise myself, the physiological aspect of this condition is a complete mind fun. I have never done the EC stack before, tried half a Bronkaid per Lyles suggestion and felt Jack and sh!t. I think today will be a full dose and I need to get caffeine pills, I only drink one energy drink a day and it's a whole 170ish grams of caffeine.

Lyle published something on his site about how the side effect deminish in tume rapid heart rate ECT and it actually gets better the longer you use it. Very interesting read.

Gloves actually make it harder, it "increases" the diameter of the bar. Straps can be bought insanely cheep on amazon, and I use them for a ton of lifts. Including RDLs. I think mine were some no name brand for 2-3 bucks, and free shipping. Padded, because I have weak little wrists, lol. They haven't failed me yet.

When you have smaller hands (seriously just bought my 4 year old gloves that I fit into!) it makes it worse, I have almost bought a women's bar just to go down on the diameter lol.

Just ordered some black and red ones on Amazon for $8.97, I'm a review hound there were people that powerlift who left pics so I was like

Today is Sumo day, going for 155lbsx5! Will post video.

Just don't let someone else dictate too much what you do I can understand concern though and it is nice to have someone care Jim luckily realizes I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my health and I showed him all the data I found on it since he was a little leery at first, once he realized I wasn't taking ephedra, which is the **** that killed people, he was like ok that's cool. lol So far I don't feel sh!t captain, so I am up to a full 25mg cap and will do it at least twice a day. Still need to stack it caffeine on my of workout days since I take a pre workout and don't want to become the Great Cornhollio with amount of stims LMAO

When you cut or dye your hair, or any other physical change, you've prepared yourself and have an understanding that this may be drastic ect. I'm waiting for them to come in today! So excited!

Workout didn't happen, had a few things come up but the good thing about full body workouts is they are easy to reschedule so today should be the day. I think it maybe time to move to upper lower again, but I don't want to do that until I figure out the equipment situation so I don't kill myself getting my bench into the damn rack lol. Also looking at buying a sturdy plyo box for box squats, I love me some box squats!

I'm not sure it's doing anything, but I haven't ramped up to the full dosage yet so I might start feeling it when I do.

I got the straps and used them yesterday, I think they will will be valuable for my heavier sets for sure!

Went to the Dr yesterday and I am being taken off the steroids, yay! I am going on an immuneasupressant though so I need to start taking being careful about not getting sick. They are hoping that putting me on this will knock my immune system down enough that the inflammation will go down and the eye situation gets better and maybe the hair will start growing back

SO far I have lost about 3lbs! I maxed out at 163.8lbs and weighed in at 159.2lbs this morning. I need a new tape measure since my little ****tens decided to drag it into their litter box for some strange reason lol

Oh good news about the new meds! Hoping it works and you're hair comes back! you'll have lovely eyebrows if they grow in too Just be sure to take vitamins and get your water in and get lots of rest, and keep up the lifting!

    Yay for weight loss!

I remember before the e/c stack made me feel like I was a spaz lol, but not so much these days. Either I'm used to stims or the lower carbs/cals before made it hit me harder or something lol. No idea but I don't find it as effective lately as I did the last time I took it.

I should hear back soon, the Dr was out of town the last couple days last week. I'm just glad to be off the blasted steroids!

I'm learning to take the wins where I can, we did go do some yardio for a couple of days, with lots of raking, reseeding the damn lawn and getting the Halloween decorations down.

Here's some pics from Halloween. I put this costume together piece by piece and all the decor on the hat was done by me. I will keep adding to it every year and I am hoping that corset looks better on my next year!

Love the Halloween costume! And the little minion is too cute. :3
Nice looking RDLs, lol at the tits up cue. Good way to keep it in mind, I remember my knees out cue on squats because of what hobbes said about plopping out a dinosaur egg. >.< For RDLs I've been trying to keep my head up a bit, and that seems to help me keep my chest up.

Thank you! He did make out like a bandit that night lol.

There is a lot of debate on head position on lifts, a lot of people say to look at the floor or neutral position, some lifters, if they don't look up, end up breaking form, rounding backs, forward leans ect. I know if on the off chance I am squatting and look down my form goes to even worse sh!t.

I heard looking a little down, a little up, or straight are all still neutral enough. As long as your heads not jerking awkwardly, or at an extreme angle. I think as long as you're not feeling strain you're alright. Sometimes I look forward, sometimes down, forward helps me pull up my chest better though, but either works.
