Had a bit of a yolo weekend, got yucky, cals and macros weren't tracked to precision. Back on track today though, empty gym at 645 this morning so no *******s in my way or using benches

Pushed out 3 reps of 280kg (616lb) leg press yesterday. They were proper knee to chest as well. Looks like the extra carbs from the weekend helped. Feltgoodman inb4 do I even quads.

Decided to to the LG style of carb cycling. I think this will help me blast through the 10% mark and into single digits. So instead of refeeding once I'll be doing it 3x a week, but at 10% under maintenance.

3x a week refeeds will be 2700 cals, 200g of protein/60g fat/380ish carbs
4x a week will be 2100 cals, 240g of protein/70-80 fat/150-160sh carbs

I lift 5x a week so it wouldn't work out to on/off days.

So it'll be 3 out of the 5 days I lift. I'll do it on days I hit squats, deads, and probably bench.

It just amazes me how much my state of mind influences my cardio. When I'm bulking I have a hard time to do 20 minutes cardio. When I'm cutting I'm like: **** yeah, let's do cardio after weights ! Does anyone know dat feel?

Cheat weekend of peace. Oh lawd. Two weeks until my vacation in florida so I am going to try and go 14 days strict w/ no drinking. Cant remember the last time I did that. Drink at least once every weekend. Anyone else glad we started so early as well? Gives us a little more leniency to be shredded by summer. Back on the grind today.

What kind of cereal? I just picked up some limited edition lucky charms, not sure when/how I'll fit them into my macros, but when I do, it will be glorious.

stuff is so good. i actually splurge sometimes and use the chocolate 120 cals in my sludge bowls, sugar free chocolate pudding mix with a few splashes of it. 120 cals for a cup of chocolate milk is pretty legit.

Hood Calorie Countdown chocolate milk, 6g protein 80 cals per cup, tastes so good.

I did good yesterday, but my diet got fukced on Saturday. Had my son's 2nd birthday party, had some hors d'oeuvres, some cake, and some white chocolate dipped marshmallows. Finished it off with some Wendy's on the way home. I didn't do too bad at Wendy's, just got some chicken nuggets, but then my wife didn't finish her baconator, so I was forced to eat half of that lol. Oh well, it was supposed to be my refeed anyway, so I probably only ended up like 1,000 calories or so over what I intended.

Holy shit those macros. That looks like a good alternative to Go Lean, though it looks like it would take at least 2-3 servings to provide any kind of satiety.
