365 at 135
Hi everyone im new here, but yeah
I Hit 365 on the deadlift for 2 reps, after coming back from meps and doing a full days physical and giving blood, and didnt eat much..so im really happy about that. My current body weight is 135. Im thinking of competing in the 132 class later on. Trying to hit a 1000 total first. I have the link but its not letting me post it i guess cause im new
But you can go to youtube and type in the search bar 365 at 135 if youd like to see it. I recently just made a youtube account as well

Hit a badass milestone for me, 405x10 on deadlift, dead stop. Weekend prior squatted 405x1 (PR). Bench today was another PR, rather accidentally really, 225x8, touch and go. Only been seriously training deadlift or PL for that matter for about 4 months. Only been lifting a little over a year. More to come, vids to come.
There is no reason to live if you cannot to the deadlift
