Nice pulls. That front squat was solid. Low handle trap bar is no joke, nice work. Bench was solid. Good job all around.

This was one of those training sessions that was beyond rewarding. I was able to hit my current meet PR for a 2nd time in training then set an all time wrapped PR squat w/450lbs.
