Flex lookin crazy as usual. I imagine it's hard for him to come in at 212 these days since he's at the top of the weight class, yet he looks so ridiculously thick and full.

Bonac has all the muscle bellies on the planet, but his frame is kinda blocky. I see him top 6 anyway! He would make a great 212 champion.

bonac(15) in top 10. he should be like 8th or so but judges hate him for some reason
morel(10) > roelly(12)
rhoden(3) > wolf(4)
dexter(5) > ramy(7)
flex(1) destroying 212. It's his last year in 212 right? or 1 more after this?

bonac looking good. kind of see him as the modern day lee priest...smaller guy but with great muscle bellies. could definitely move up some placings if anyone is off.

This year Ramy will crack into TOP5 imo.

He is short but doubt he could get down to 212 with the amount of muscle he has. He used to compete in 212 back in 2012 I think.

Legs are seriously ridiculous. Kai and Ramy will dominate in the wheels department, exCep when they turn around, Kai will likely have striations in the glutes, time will tell regarding Ramy and the detail in the glutes/hams this year.

I don't like morel's physique but the ifbb seems to love him. Id rather have roelly in the top 6 but he's more likely to come in off and with a gut

wolf's bicep assymetry is too much for me now. He needs to be 100% now to beat a 95% rhoden imo

I mean i want ramy in the top3 but i don't think he will in condition. maybe he should team up with correa/'s coach

I swear that I heard that he can barely make weight at 212 and after a few more years will bump up to open. Maybe i'm wrong

Ramy was going to work with Eduardo Correa's coach, Chris Aceto...but George Farah is working with him. Although on the "debate" vid RxMuscle had with Dennis James (more of a roundtable discussion since they agreed so much, not that I mind) Dennis said that Ramy has people around him that are always influencing what he does, which makes him not follow his diet coach's protocol exactly. George Farah alluded to this same thing happening even after starting to work with him. He mentioned it in the PBW interview he did.

For Flex Lewis competing in the 212 - he did say a few years ago that he wanted to move into the open division because he's at the top of the 212 weight division and wants to have a productive offseason...but then last year he said that thinking it over (apparently lots of people in the industry were telling him to stay in the 212 since he could collect Olympia titles by doing so), from a business standpoint, sponsorship contracts, his legacy, etc, he's gonna stay in the 212 for now. I don't know if he will ever do the open, but I would love to see him eventually have a good full-blown offseason and compete in the open division. Not saying right after this year, but maybe after another couple years in the 212 class. He's posted a pic before of him at 230 lbs already having striated glutes and looking crazy full. That would mean he could compete at around Dexter Jackson's weight.

Flex doesn't need a full blown offseason, I don't think he could add any more weight to his frame, the guy is already thick as hell. I, and belive that others ass well, have a hard time understanding how the f*ck he can make it to the 212's.

He has videos of him doing 5+ plate bench presses, 4 plate high incline shoulder press etc pre contest so why you find a seven plate squat hard to believe?

Oh I'm sure he could do it but I don't think he'd be doing it this close to the show. I'd like to think Kai is smarter than that. Plus you'd think he'd have wraps on or does he take those off for seven plates but wear them for four, five and six?

It IS weird to see Kai lifting so heavy close to the Olympia. Could it be an older workout? Or is he just going mental with intensity Coleman style in hopes of finally dethroning Heath?

We haven't seen him lifting that weight. We've seen him standing in front of it.

Apparently Kai's big squats in the past came at the end of a leg workout.

I could easily believe that going fresh into a workout he could warm up and be capable of 7 plates.
