Grats on the progress! Adding weight to press is always one of the best feelings. Very nice squatting as well. Hopefully the reduced rest and recovery this week won't much up your progression rate!

Thanks, bluedot. I feel that if you can add weight to the press, everything else should be going up as well. I only say this because it seems that press is always the first exercise to stall.

Thanks, Johnny. It is a decent milestone for myself.
My body weight has actually gone done the past few workouts.
My feet are a tad wider than shoulder width. I also use the low bar position.
I deadlift once a week now, I started that a few weeks ago. It just gives me more time to recover.

My goals for the big three are in the first post, but I just achieved my squat goal. I also have the chance to hit my deadlift goal tomorrow. No idea what I want to hit next.
