    Grats on the progress! Adding weight to press is always one of the best feelings. Very nice squatting as well. Hopefully the reduced rest and recovery this week won't much up your progression rate!

    Thanks, bluedot. I feel that if you can add weight to the press, everything else should be going up as well. I only say this because it seems that press is always the first exercise to stall.

    Squats went well except for my second set, form was awful. My third set was much more crisp. Press went even better, I finally can increase the weight again. I also didn't need to use much back to get the bar up. The gym is closed on Christmas, so I am going to have to workout Mon/Wed/Fri. This will only give me one day of break, but I think I'll be fine.

    My feet are a tad wider than shoulder width. I also use the low bar position.

    I deadlift once a week now, I started that a few weeks ago. It just gives me more time to recover.
