From SCC to KD crew. Welcome brah
Also lol @ Long distance relationships. Been there, done that. Don't even know if my ex ever cheated on me-dont care now. All I know is that it was a waste of a year of my life. It's not a relationship. It's a fallacy. You think it will work, but either youll catch feels for someone else, or she will.
I'd rather stick my prong in the blender before going LDR again, and mine was a pleasant experience srs.

Current GF is living over 1000 miles away ATM. We see each other every couple of months. It's the longest I've ever been without getting some since I was 15. She's moving back here next year. I will probably marry this one as well.

1. This post is too Australian for me to understand.
2. We've discussed a conditional prenup and she's ok with it. She doesn't want a bunch of motorcycles and tools loooool.

They don't get the physical tools and bikes most of the time, they get half the value of your assets. Prenups also always seem to have loopholes. My gf makes decent money on her own, but my salary should dwarf hers next year. She is Canadian so If we got divorced I could say it was a green card marriage and get her deported (not srs)

Say no to marriage.
My girl WANTS marriage. Wants it so bad. She's brought it up a lot. Im anti-marraige. Always look at the statistics.
I told her if it EVER happens - there will be prenups. IF it comes to marriage.

Misc logic works 60% of the time, everytime. I've had GFs that pushed for marriage and it never worked out. Both parties have to make the decision on their own. I want children eventually and I damn sure don't have time to raise them and work too lol. Plus the added income of a spouse that works is huge starting out. People that say marriage is why they're broke either
A: Can't manage their money
B: Have a wife with no career

Mehlville marriage is fine IMO.
Guys get fukked in a divorce most of the time, but that's the way it is and won't change soon. If you love someone, go for it.
Make sure the bish has a real job though, or else you'll be paying alimony for a lifestyle change.
My uncle and his ex wife were married for 32 years. Two grown kids out if the house/school paid for. That's the high point. They got divorced after 32 years, his wife never worked. Stayed home with the kids. He's an engineer, makes about 110k a year. He's paying 1600/month in alimony because the court says she got used to a lifestyle of no work and now has to suffer to change it. Srs. Not to mention she took literally half of everything. So she gets half his retirement, half the house, cars, jewelry, etc, THEN gets nearly half his salary for alimony. Fukking lmao

Sorry brah that girl isn't marriage material if it's still the same one you made a thread about some time ago.
And this thread is misc brainwashing at its finest once again. I'm not saying that bad stuff doesn't happen to good people in unfair divorce settlements but man the whole not getting married thing is overblown here and tends to be an excuse for the FAs srs (not directed at anyone ITT as you all seem relatively well adjusted)*MFC*

I will probably not get married, but we'll see. I objective women, so it's hard for me took look past their vag. But that's because I'm a self centered arrogant piece of chit.
My main beef with marriage isn't the divorce, it's the vanity. Women want marriage from the time they're 5 years old. They want the ring, the dress, the event. A solid 50% of people (not just women) will marry someone out of infatuation alone. But if you can't answer this question with a "yes", then you shouldn't get married to her.
Could you go forever, literally forever, without fukking her? Live a normal life, spend time together, care for each other in sickness and health, but NEVER fuk. If you answer no, then she's not the one you want to spend the rest of your life with.

Should have foreseen this being the result of bringing marriage up on misc.
I'm ordering those gloves I posted a few pages back, and depending on the price, I may order a new leather jacket today too. We'll see what happens, I still get my employee discount from my old shop so it's always a mystery what my price is until I ask.2015 KTM Super Duke R ABS || 2014 KTM 300XC-W || 2006 ZX6R || 2020 CRF125F || 2016 Rancher 420 || 2017 Z125

One of my friends got married and was separated after 1.5 years and divorced after 2. Had a pretty big wedding and all of that money and time just gets flushed away. The bride admitted she was too "caught up in planning the wedding and stuff" to realize the relationship wasn't working. The red flags were there, and they're both dumb as fuk.
Obviously emotions come into play, but in my opinion, marriage should be viewed as a business decision. You can be in love, have kids, etc without being married. The legal part of marriage is ideally mutually beneficial. Divorce rates have actually been declining recently and if the trend continues, only 1/3 of marriages will end in divorce vs the often cited 50%.
Any other pussies not riding because it's too hot? Heat wave here in the northeast and it's gonna be over 100 degrees. Don't want to sweat through my dress shirt when I have a couple meetings.

Also in the market for a new jacket but I probably won't get one until next season. I'm currently looking at all of the A*s leather jackets that are marked down on Revzilla and two Dainese jackets.
Now that this dealer has triumphs I will rage so hard if they get their hands on an Rx. Jimmies will be in a full state of rustle.*MFC*
