    Both of the PA studies I've seen dosed PA every day, not just training days. Additionally, another study showed that oral PA supplementation increases PA and LPA levels, apparently independent of any exercise or physical stressor. I'd say take it every day.

    I agree with both the perspective of the consumer and the perspective of the business. For the consumer, pick what you want you don't need to buy something you don't want. For the businesses, they are making a concentrated product which does the same thing, and doesn't give you stomach problems like some people get. I mean, it's not a "new" formula, but it is more convenient and processed which gives the price increase

    I don't understand the fuss about the SL taste. I just mix it with plain water and drink it. Tasteless but definitely drinkable and not the worst cocktail as well.

    i would say that would be more nasty than anything lol. I just put the granules straight in my mouth and chew them up. I enjoy the taste

    I honestly am not too convinced that the granules will work as well as the straight caps but whatever. Not impressed with my run of king I am on my last day, however dry is legit by the looks of it and made me pee about 1000000 times during the first week. If I dont get anything from the granules or it upsets my stomach im just going to use phosphabuild or phos****row until phospha muscle comes out.

    I'm curious as to why you're skeptical that the granules won't be as effective as the caps? Mediator is really just phosphatidic acid with higher PA content (50%) than the regular granules (5-9%). If your stomach can handle the granules, you should be good to go. I've logged King V1 and PhosphaMuscle, and I'm going to be starting up a log for the lecithin granules soon (I started taking them this week).

    I've never tried GAKIC, but I am interested in picking some up this summer.

    I suppose until there's a study ran with non-concentrated soy lecithin as a source of PA, the only way to find out is to try it for yourself (and see what other people seem to say). I think of it more like forskolin; the 10% extract is much cheaper than the 95% extract, but you have to take a lot more, and it seems to be more likely to upset your stomach, but if you can tolerate it, it's still effective.

    bro listen, I can guarantee you that if you can stomach soy lecithin granules ( which I never had an issue with) and you go to the 2 or 3 tbs it will blow your mind.

    I'm pretty sure that he double dosed PhosphaMuscle when he ran it, so he was getting 1.5 g/day PA. Looking back at his review, he did mention that taking 10 caps (1.5g PA) at once did slightly upset his stomach, so it is possible that large doses of the granules at one time could do the same (my stomach handles 10 caps PM just fine, and also tolerates at least 3tbsp granules just fine). I agree that if he doses the granules high enough, and if he tolerates them, he'll be happy with them.

    The way I see it, if you're double dosing PhosphaMuscle (at regular price), you're paying $4.28 per day for 1.5g PA. If you take 4tbsp of the lecithin granules per day (from Fearn at the best non-sale price I've found), you're getting anywhere from 1.5g PA (5% PA, should be the minimum amount) to 2.4g PA (8%, listed on label) for $0.53 per day. With the $3.75 per day you're saving, you can afford a lot more supplements, food, or whatever you want.

    I bought a bottle of triple lecithin 1200 mg. Contains 420 mg of phosphatidyl choline, 1200 mg high choline lecithin per tablet. How much phospahtidic acid do you think is in each tablet? Trying to get 750mg per day. Anyone know? Help wiuld be greatly appreciated.

    When talking about muscle fullness, are u guys experiencing this fullness at rest or during workout, and at what dosage

    2 tbs for me and pretty much muscle fullness on and off days, workout days more pump.
    I mainly noticed the muscle fullness cos out of nowhere my t shirts got tighter, also ppl noticed that i look bigger.

    Ok so NOW has soy lecithin soft gels for 10 bucks that i got ar the store. It says 3.2g of soy lecithin on the back then on the front it says 1.2g so idk which it is but how would I dose this
