I agree with both the perspective of the consumer and the perspective of the business. For the consumer, pick what you want you don't need to buy something you don't want. For the businesses, they are making a concentrated product which does the same thing, and doesn't give you stomach problems like some people get. I mean, it's not a "new" formula, but it is more convenient and processed which gives the price increase

I honestly am not too convinced that the granules will work as well as the straight caps but whatever. Not impressed with my run of king I am on my last day, however dry is legit by the looks of it and made me pee about 1000000 times during the first week. If I dont get anything from the granules or it upsets my stomach im just going to use phosphabuild or phos****row until phospha muscle comes out.

I'm curious as to why you're skeptical that the granules won't be as effective as the caps? Mediator is really just phosphatidic acid with higher PA content (50%) than the regular granules (5-9%). If your stomach can handle the granules, you should be good to go. I've logged King V1 and PhosphaMuscle, and I'm going to be starting up a log for the lecithin granules soon (I started taking them this week).
I've never tried GAKIC, but I am interested in picking some up this summer.

Idk im just not. When I look at it from the perspective of something like lets say fish oil (as in eat fish = take a fish oil supp in terms of strictly omega 3) it should be at least similair, but still idk its hard to explain why, well at least typing it out. I will find out for myself though

I suppose until there's a study ran with non-concentrated soy lecithin as a source of PA, the only way to find out is to try it for yourself (and see what other people seem to say). I think of it more like forskolin; the 10% extract is much cheaper than the 95% extract, but you have to take a lot more, and it seems to be more likely to upset your stomach, but if you can tolerate it, it's still effective.

I'm pretty sure that he double dosed PhosphaMuscle when he ran it, so he was getting 1.5 g/day PA. Looking back at his review, he did mention that taking 10 caps (1.5g PA) at once did slightly upset his stomach, so it is possible that large doses of the granules at one time could do the same (my stomach handles 10 caps PM just fine, and also tolerates at least 3tbsp granules just fine). I agree that if he doses the granules high enough, and if he tolerates them, he'll be happy with them.
The way I see it, if you're double dosing PhosphaMuscle (at regular price), you're paying $4.28 per day for 1.5g PA. If you take 4tbsp of the lecithin granules per day (from Fearn at the best non-sale price I've found), you're getting anywhere from 1.5g PA (5% PA, should be the minimum amount) to 2.4g PA (8%, listed on label) for $0.53 per day. With the $3.75 per day you're saving, you can afford a lot more supplements, food, or whatever you want.

Started taking on my off days as off yesterday, jus put 2 tbsp in a some milk tea, pretty good I must say.

Ok so NOW has soy lecithin soft gels for 10 bucks that i got ar the store. It says 3.2g of soy lecithin on the back then on the front it says 1.2g so idk which it is but how would I dose this
