hey viper gq i have a quick question for you(reps)
hey i have been doing the KETOGENIC diet and have gotten decent results, but all my weights in gym have gone down, and i think i have hit a plateu. I was thinking about doing a similar diet to what you did during this log. So i was going to do 2 weeks of 40/40/20 at around 1600 cals my maintence is around 2200. Then after that around the end of second week doing the low, no and carb up days.
week 1: 40/40/20 around 1700cals
week 2: 40/40/20 around 1600cals
week 3: mon.-low,tues-low,wed-no,thurs.-low,fri.-carbup, sat-low sunday-low
week 4: same as 3
HOW DOES THIS SOUND PLEASE MAN ANY ADVICE?NEW LOG!

Unless you are in bed most of the day and do not workout, I doubt your maintainance calories are 2200.
My resting metabolic rate is close to 2000, with excercise, I was up to a maintanance level of almost 4000 calories.
I'd seriously consider recounting your maintainance level and subtract 500-1000 from that for your diet.

KAREN???
I'm Kaden, I am currently 183 lbs with about the same bodyfat as the final photos. Maybe a bit more, But I m currently strength training and on a diet that I have personally created wit hAWESOME results. I will continue to do it for another month or so and will expose it to anybody interested in it.
The diet is intended for recomposition purposes or strength gain without gaining too much weight. My lifts on the big 3 have gone up 90 lbs in the past 8 weeks without much weight gain...
Stay tuned for updates on the DIET program...

how are you gonna get those results when you go to bed at 2 AM and work out at 8:00 PM. You should go to bed way earlier and workout when your most fresh. If you also want best results you should start every workout with cardio then move to arms and abs because then all the blood will be in the legs making it harder to do those workouts meaning better results
