Good luck to all and let's do this! Have a great week, all!
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Week 1 - Day 1
What I consider is Week 1 - Day.
Weekly Journal 1
Some quick notes... Wife thinks I am nuts for doing it...think that she is jealous or worried that I might look too good afterwards. Who knows. Woman...
Basic Program: Modified IF and Keto for diet. Mox of lifting heavy and lifting for volume during week with splits between upper and lower. Cardio is spinning classes in the morning (3x per week).
For meals...try to start each meal with a Green Smoothie Shake. Mix in some carbs a coupld of days per week. Ohhh...most importantly...no booze. Big change for me.
Can already feel better and lighter.
Ta ta for now...

i did some variations of IF too. Enjoyed most of them! Good luck with it!
just had some chicken, 1/2 avocado, 2 cups salad, some dressing and ill have some of this diet ginger ale. i eat "cleaner" most lunch days to fit "unclean" food in later in day.
how much sodium would u guys say is to much? i love cottage cheese and can eat 4-6 servings of it per day but my sodium shoots up. my potassium i try to bring up too and even started adding a couple pot. pills each day. with the avo and banana each day it does help but my sodium levels are 3-4x higher then my pot and more on weekends!Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

For me, I feel like today is OFFICIALLY DAY 1 of this contest. I am looking forward to this journey with all of you. I actaully managed to get up before work (even though it was raining) and hit the gym for 30 minutes of gimpy cardio (have to use the hand bike due to my broken foot's slooooowwwwww healing). I did not manage to resist the Monday morning treats at work (cake tarlet with fresh fruit) but am still feeling good about the day and not going to beat myself up over it. Going to try to get a lift in after work, but have meetings til 7 pm
/, in all honesty not sure if I will be up for it by the time that part of the day rolls around...
Anyone else out there feel like this is really day 1 of week 1 for them and well just a great NEW beginning?

There are some nasty bugs going around. Give yourself the full rest before you get back in gear.
Real life workouts! It'll be fantastic to see just how cut up you can get while doing that.
Just how much diet pepsi are you drinking? I like diet drinks, but am limiting myself--moreso for the next 16 weeks. Moderation is the key.
That just sucks. Hope it heels quick! <--see the foot humor I just did
I may have to venture over there now that I know a friendly face.
That did take forever! Hope it goes well. Very curious to hear what this doc says.
My advice to you? Keep giving her lots of positive attention. As long as she knows she's your number 1, it should all work out.
Yes! Today's weather was crappy--props to you for getting out and getting work done!
I made it to the gym-did a back and bicep workout. It felt so good being back and having a plan. I'm really looking forward to this!Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"
The scale does not own me. :)

Hit the elliptical for some early morning fasted cardio before work today. Survived the 'treat table' at an all day work conference. Survived the commute home and some salmon and veg for dinner courtesy of wifey. Now time for a pre- and then hit up a whole body workout (with said wifey) tonight! Hope everyone had a great Monday!
