Thanks can do 10 reps but was gloveless and it shreds my hands. Need to invest in some decent gloves and then I think I will be able to go a fair bit higher.

I have been thinking of altering my hours at work which will mean that I am going to struggle getting to the gym. A friend of mine does strongman comps and has tyre, atlas stones, sled and some other things, he has said I can train with him.

Do you think, with crossfit and the odd heavy lifting sessions and kettlebells at home, it will tide me over until I can get gym routine re established somehow? it's going to kill me

it will tide you over and some i expect, that is one of the best things i have found about lifting, yes yes you have to work like a sick kunt to acquire some gains, but they usually stick around. or are easy to re acquire with the right tools. see dazza 2 week bender hoff and jordan for reference.

i expect gkrz will be back to full strength in 3-4 weeks if he eats a bit, human body of prosperity.

@talkindahardest - im really narrow, I've managed to hit the back and shoulders enough that it looks ok now and even a bit wide in the right poses but its been a struggle, legit jelly of brahs with naturally broad shoulders, looks the best even if you have a tiny bit of mass.
