I've hard a lot of horror stories of people buying $1300 kimbers and having them jam up/just not function well. Got this thing for $450 + tax with the original case, holsters, two extra high cap mags.

My dad has a kimber, and loves it. It always kicks brass up in my face when I shoot it. I guess it's probably my short arms.

I'm planning out my ride down to SW Va later this month, going to hit all the caves along the way. Can't wait.

I don't have an sr22, but I have the 10/22 which is the rifle version, and it's awesome. I have a CCW and would highly recommend Silver Eagle group for the test, the instructors are notaries so they can take care of everything. I'm thinking VA211 down to 340 to 608 and then ending up on Route 11. I've always wanted to stop at the caves along the way, but never have since I'm normally on my way to school and hate driving on 81 with all the stupid truck drivers. Is Spelunkers a cave? (Edit: looks like it's a restaurant, might stop by for sure. They have good burgers?)

Yeah spelunkers does burgers and ice cream. The burgers are good, better than 5 guys but not as good as BGR. The ice cream is awesome. The caverns are cool, especially if you have never been. I prefer real caving in caves without walkways and mood lighting

Got back from KY last night, goods/swag from barber race and cycle gear. Also made a pit stop in Atlanta to check out a buddy's 954 needs alot of work but ill make another post about that. Met parents in Lake city florida so they could take them to tampa for 2 weeks so we are kid free.

From cycle gear I found some pants there sedici and have a removable waterproof liner, and winter liner.
Got some bilt over ankle type boots that I will just use for commuting to and from work
A bilt rain suite, and one of those wick away type shirts.

Some wine from Huber's in Indiana so the wife and I are just relaxing.

Still trying to sell my Suomy helmet, and I have a complete set of R6s wheels for sale, literally everything except sprocket. If anybody's interested, PM me.

NBEY, unless it's a 690SMC, forget KTM brooooo. I have $300 stashed in my WR fund now, and anticipate having $2200-2400 in a years time. Plan's to sell the KLX and put it all together towards a '13/'14 WR450F <3

BGR? Never heard of it, will definitely check it out since there's one right in Tysons. I went caving in Budapest, have never been through tighter spaces in my life. My buddy that I was travelling with got his helmet stuck, and had to wiggle it through. Was a ton of fun.

Finally got my ass on a coolant change and oil swap. Laid cardboard down under the bike just to capture dripping/check for leaking later one. Well I took the bike out for a ride. Pulling in I came in a bit hot and grabbed some brake, this was on top of the cardboard. Well the front slipped over the cardboard then caught asphalt, bars kicked back on y right wrist twisting it nice and sharp. Just bone headed move not to remove the boxes before I went out.

Also, bike seemed to run cooler with the Motul stuff in it. Will try to check today as it will be warmer (if my wrist feels better)

You were searching for a new bike, right gracie? I'd ride your cruiser till the tires fall off then sell it quickly (if I remember correctly you did not pay a lot for it) and pay cash for a new bike. Sucks being on poverty status though.
