Yes I do, but I generally eat the same main things every day, eggs, beef, chicken etc so I do it in my head (srs). I also weigh my foods like beef and chicken so I know exactly what Im taking in. I do follow IIFYM but applied to a Keto diet. So if during the day I decide to eat something not on my diet I adjust for it in my daily macros. I like Fitday.com for tracking though. It sucks at first entering all your food and the macros from the labels, but once its all saved in there, you just click on what you ate each day.

Unless you have awesome genetics, you will not be able to successfully lose fat without tracking your macros/calories to some extent.
