I know I am hella late but Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year's to all my fellow yellow brahs.
I haven't posted/kept up with this thread in awhile so can someone aware me on who's in the cutting contest? I wanna check out the progress pics for more motivation.

Went to the gym today and some random chick came up to me saying...

Ive known about most of those, but I honestly didn't realize there were that many more. And Teddy Bruschi Filipino? Who knew?

Also I think Patrick Chung for the Pats has now surpassed Eugene Chung as the highest drafted Asian.

for me i would just take a good PWO about an hour or so out

(but i train fasted anyway)

maybe carb up now if youre not used to it
(rice, bread, pasta, etc)

Yeah, I can't take any supps due to my health conditions (doctors orders). I haven't trained fasted in a good long whiles, and it's probably best to eat up today rather than super early in the morning (sooo not a morning person).

what are you avoiding? can you take caffeine?

Not avoiding anything in particular; I was only taking protein and a PWO, and my doctor wanted me off those just so they could further determine the cause of my high blood pressure and cholesterol. I just live a sedentary lifestyle outside of the gym which is probably the main cause of that (also eating junk food every other day).

I don't drink coffee at all, in fact, I had the smell/taste lol. I'm probably going to have some pasta with shrimp a little later then; it's just so hard for me to pick things out to eat in the evenings since I don't want to intake a lot of fats after working out.

I got asked if I can meet with him next Thursday in Beijing because he wants me to be his special efx supervisor and have my company do all the vfx in his next movie Genghis Khan.
