It has and it's only getting better. I have lost 35 lbs ..so far. I am at 170lbs right now. I haven't weighed this much in well over 10 years. Finally recieved my Honorable discharge, now just playing the game with VA. I had to shun some toxic people and family out of my life , even had to change my phone number.

Turned 40 a few months ago. i feel great and i hope it only gets better with time.

Now, the only thing I disagree on with Physical therapists and Dr. "oh just loose some weight and you'll feel better. Sure, i can move better and feel lighter ...but , every damn joint , ball and socket hurts more.

Good to see some familiar faces still kickin ass

Congrats on getting your honorable. I assume it’s on your DD214 as well now.
As for the joint pain, if there’s no actual structural issues, joint supps my dude. I had some serious knee and hip issues(old soldier’s knees) after retiring but I found regular use of the Costco brand joint supps gave me much needed relief. I take them daily and really only have issues when the weather is bad.
I’m not sure but your doc and your PT sound as though they work for the VA. If that’s the case get a second opinion.

yes, I need to. It is VERY difficult to get a VA rating when you get kicked out after 14 yrs...those C&P exams blow. Im about to get a lawyer.

It makes me real upset when i see people with DV plates or even Handicap DV plates here and are out doing cart wheels , some are even Cops...heavy diesel mechs..you know..**** that make me ask why ..the whole system needs reworked
