I switch. When I do pendley rows I deload for a second. When I just do bent over rows in a rack I don't let the bar touch the rack in between reps

I don't usually do Pendley, but the bent rows I leave hanging. I think I could go a bit heavier if I deloaded in between, but wasn't sure on the consensus.

I usually am right between a bent row and a Yates row, still trying to get the right feel.

Yeah, I usually just go with how my back feels. When I am in a rack I stand on a platform (stepper). If my lower back feels great I usually try to keep my back as parallel to the ground as possible, so doing that the barbell will usually touch down on the rack. If my lower back is a little sore I will sit up slightly, and doing that I end up leaving the bar hanging in between reps.

When I do rack in between reps I can definitely push out heavier weight

I prefer constant tension in practically any weight exercise. I just feel like it fatigues the muscle more than deloading in between reps. I'd imagine it's a little harder on the connective tissues too having to go from zero load to heavy then back to zero then back to heavy, etc.

The C&C casein was very good, IMO, so I imagine this to be pretty tasty as well
