Joey, hey how's it going?
When I first started going to a gym (waaay back) I had a workout partner...lemme tell ya that I found that he slowed me down.
I could kick myself now knowing I could have been better off earlier and now, had I not 'hooked-up' with him.
Back then I was for more social, sorry to admit....that's why I am mad that I didn't learn sooner.
Spotters are good, but not partners imo.
Since then I have ditched the guy/parnter...got my Own home gym...and I am at it with
full focus and passion!
