1 scoop Dymatize Elite XT Banana Nut
40g oats
100g diced apple
32g Peanut Butter
12g PB2
Couple of marshmallows and cinnamon
This was my first time ever trying Dymatize Elite XT and I am very impressed. It mixes well (pretty thick), tastes great and it is very cheap. I think I found my new favorite protein powder."I can't always win. But I can always deserve to win."

Panfried Salmon - with handpicked Cherry tomatoes, spinach, Cajun fries
Chicken Parm Sandwhich - on a Fresh "Tex Mex Bun", served with Grilled roasted Cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and fresh Corn on the cob
Homemade Greek Yogurt Waffles topped with Greek yogurt and fresh Strawberries
I ruined the stack; but get ~5-6 waffles for ~550 cals (no toppings) [36p/77c/7f ] and NO protein powder either
Homemade Chicken Curry - first attempt at homemade mexican, made some substitutions, overall not too bad
Cookies and Creme Proats- topped with Coconut oil, banana, pure protein bar
