Dude put it this way Flex Lewis the 2012 212lb class Mr Olympia is a ex student has done the same course as me.
The teacher will teach you **** that will blow your mind, no broscience its all real world stuff. Some of his clients are Olympic athletes, Mr/Mrs universe, celebrities etc.
Its a hard course though bro but worth it!

5-6 meals a day
Milk protein shake with raw oats and olive oil
4 whole eggs
Tuna and spinach 150g
Chicken pasta prewo
Protein shake with water post wo
Some more tuna 150g and sweet potato
400g cottage cheese before bed
Would be maintenance diet day to day
Just do minor quantity tweaks to cut/bulk

0 cardio just diet, multi, fish oil, whey and pwo as supps

Just curious, because I've always wondered what the juiciest physique someone could attain was if they didn't count calories/macros but ate very clean food with as much protein as possible and lifted hard.

Don't measure anything and that's just an example of normal food day to day for me, eating clean is a normality and as long as i get healthy food i eat anything, just eat whenever I'm hungry using my judgment on quantities
