Dude put it this way Flex Lewis the 2012 212lb class Mr Olympia is a ex student has done the same course as me.
The teacher will teach you **** that will blow your mind, no broscience its all real world stuff. Some of his clients are Olympic athletes, Mr/Mrs universe, celebrities etc.
Its a hard course though bro but worth it!

Here you make it sound like you're not too strict about your diet as long as you eat clean foods in general and eat lots of protein...
...but here it seems like you're actually really strict and measure out your proportions and calories/macros. Which is it?
Just curious, because I've always wondered what the juiciest physique someone could attain was if they didn't count calories/macros but ate very clean food with as much protein as possible and lifted hard.
