Looking to buy some resistance bands for assisted pull ups. Anyone with similar stats to me recommend something that worked for them?

No more windows laptop crew checking in. Just dumped 3k on a 2.8ghz 16gb RAM 500gig storage 15" MBPr and 3 year apple care warranty. Zero regrets. Thing is badass and doesn't even flinch if I need to fire up win 8.1 in parallels (needed once in a blue moon if I'm unable to remote into my hackintosh at the office to check something in Vsphere)
Reasons:
- With the new model rumored to have all usb type C ports, I wanted to grab this one with traditional USB ports, SD slot, full size HDMI and thunderbolt ports as I already have numrous connectors for those things
- I'm sick of cheap plastic windows laptops - I know that Dell's XPS models are great but after playing with a couple of XPS 15's something still comes across as less than premium about them vs an ALL metal piece of hardware
- I really detest numerous changes that microsoft made with windows 10 and the OS subverting a lot of your admin decisions rubbed me the wrong way.
- I fix windows PC's all day long. The last thing I want to hassle with is my own computer. I need something built well and have everything "just work" and that is precisely what OSX does so well.
- Huge resale value vs most any windows device
- Aside from running Vsphere, OSX can do literally everything I need it to do and after 3 weeks of putting it and my hackintosh through the ringer both at home, on the road and in the office, it's performed flawlessly.
Several IT administrators I know and value their opinions all use MBP's for their main device and none of them manage networks with MAC users. They're all 100% windows environments.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say that microsoft office on OSX lacks some much needed plugin support but we don't rely on those too heavily and I have a windows office 2016 license that I can use on my parallels VM if needed.
No more windows desktop at the office crew also checking in. I built a skylake quad core i5 Hackintosh with 16gigs of DDR4 3200, a 256 gig m.2 Samsung EVO drive and everything works great (aside from audio over HDMI). Wifi, bluetooth, intel HD graphics, USB type C, etc. Was a fairly easy "golden" build, is tiny and literally inaudible with the Noctua i9 CPU cooler.
Also, to go with the MBP, a Pioneer BDR-XS06 so the kid can watch movies (large bluray collection)
An aesthetic bag for laptop/stuff
And a 256 gig Rage 2 USB drive split into 2 partitions for macbook backup. I use backup guru (way better than time machine IMO) and the drive has a 20 gig partition on it that my win 8.1 vm's VEEAM endpoint backups go to so as long as the drive is in the laptop, it can backup both OS's to the same physical drive. Each respective OS sees it's own partition simultaneously.
I've heard these things get insanely hot and can fail if they're used for long sessions of read/write.
How's yours doing? Is that a ventilation hole??Sig line can't be a novel
