OOHH YEAH!!! Had a great session this morning, hit PR for reps on DL without straps/belt an was able to get it on vid . I wasn't expecting the 400lb to explode of the ground as fast as it did.
I locked in on that mental focus and told myself I was NOT going to walk away from this bar with anything less than 4 reps, but I busted out 6 with easy . Chit I was so excited when once that bar flew up like it did.
I also was able to get a vid of my Box Squat Deadlift so now everyone can see what they are. I couldn't find the right height box that I normally use, and what I was using was putting me a little higher than I wanted.
Tried to adjust it but it was either higher/lower than I wanted it to be. So I did notice that my hips on those kinda came up b4 I wanted but you get the idea of how I've been doing them.
Ok lets jump right into this mornings training ....

Warm Up: 135x8, 225x6, 315x5

400x6, 400x6

RDL - 3 sets 10 reps
225x10, 225x10, 225x10
Paused Leg Press - 3 sets 10 reps

You know I hate secrets lol
Sometimes its good when it explodes fast.
I gotta try those paused leg presses more. I bet those have to be pretty brutal. Looking HUGEEEEEEEEE man.
Did you have to try to sneak in the taping? it was kinda hard to tell with the deads how it went but everything looked easy. Time to add more weight .
