Haven't trained since 2/26. Haven't performed a back squat since 9/11. Haven't performed any kind of squat since 1/9. Haven't done much of anything lately -- was vacationing from 3/10 to 3/14 and spent the past week moving to a new city for a new job. I decided now would be a good time to start barbell training again (my last stint was from 6/1 to 9/13). Let's see how long I can stick with it this time.SFW

Funny you mention it, seven years ago as of today was my first Texas Method workout. I had a few stints of Starting Strength in between then and now, but for the majority of April 2010 to July 2013. Since August 2013, I've been doing body part splits, with a brief stint of SS from June to September of 2015. I worked up to some okay numbers, but my best stuff is from winter of 2013.SFW

Ha, yeah I'm only on page 61 (Feb. 2012) at the moment slowly reading through it all, just trying to learn what I can. Looking forward to see how strong you got along the way. 7 years ago.. man, that's crazy. I've been mindlessly doing 5/3/1 for a few years, but wanted something a little more intense, so just got into TM. I started with PeterGibbon's log (epic).. now I'm reading yours & jshaw's. Great stuff bud.
