I've always used a diuretic fat burner to cut for summer cause when it comes to bringing out vascularity there's not only fat to lose but water as well.
And then i'll usually stack that with some kind of natural metabolic booster like NLN T3 and sometimes a nighttime fat burner that promotes REM sleep for optimum hormone production. a good stack usually only runs me $100

Anyone know how much caffeine more or less (in mgs) is in Mitotropin? I was on Arson for a while, and just found it to be crazy in terms of the caffeine, way too much of a drop off after it wore off, and way too much in terms of making me not able to stay still... Is it the same deal for Mito? Thanks for any help.

Just Ordered REDuction AM/PM
Well I just placed my order for the REDuction AM/PM, going to give it a shot for a month and see how much weight I can lose. Going to try 2-3 days 45min cardio, and 2-3 days weights high reps and finish with 15min light cardio on those days.
Let the melting begin........well......I Hope......

REDuction is pretty good so far
I actually came on here almost a month ago to look for a great fat burner. I started reading the posts about REDuction and figured I'd give it a try. I got it off of *** nutrition (saved a few dollars over bodybuilding.com). I bought the AM and PM pack.
I like it because I am not constantly popping pills. I do drink about a gallon (sometimes more of water a day) and if my commute was any longer in the morning, I think I would pee myself on the way to work (the morning pills works quickly). I also like that I am not jittery like I drank ten cans of red bull. I have not even begun to really exercise on the program and I have just been focusing on eating a better diet (low fat, low sugar and high fiber).
Since starting (I still have a bout five days in my first supply) I have lost 13 pounds. I am pretty happy with the results.
In the morning for breakfast I have a smoothie mixed with Dietex (protein powder). Does anyone know if it is bad to mix this with the REDuction?
Also I am nearing the end of my 30 day supply. Do I need to wait a week or ten days before I start my next 30 day supply of REDuction?
Does anyone know if there is a product by Controlled labs that is targeted for women only that works just as well as REDuction with minimal pill taking?

ive been taking NCA 30+ for 4 days now, and im seeing a little bit of difference.
my main concern is my health, ive been told to cut out all fruit and veg, carbs and most of my sugar intake. and i feel incredibly week when the ephadrine runs out in them.
i am hardly eating anything, only protein such as steaks, eggs etc.. and only vegetables/fruit are tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage and the rest of the leafy family. one of my concerns are as im not eating any carbs, when i finish using the NCA's, will i put the weight back on straight away when i start eating normal again? and are the any health issues i should worry about.

Just ran out of reduction and I can't find it anywhere once again. I loved that it didnt give me the slightest jittery feeling, but gave me an all day lasting energy and it also kept my weight stable. I will order it again as soon as I find it somewhere in Belgium.
I'm curious about that 'Slim Xtreme (SX) - Anabolic Extreme' now. I'm gonna try that first though, if I can find it somewhere. That 4 phase sounds a bit overkill, but I'll see if its worth it. (Whats next 16phase?:P)

I am currently taking GNC's AM Wheyabolic 60, NO Explode and Monohydrate Creatine.
I work out 6 days a week and was told that a good fatburner may help me get ripped a little faster, which is why I am intersted in REDuction. I have searched for reviews but havent heard anything about the product other then this forum.
Can you take REDuction and NO Explode without wigging out? Do you need to wait hours after takin REDuction AM to work out and use NO Explode?
I heard this combination can be lethal, any truth to that? I think i even heard someone on the forum hasen't been the same after taking this combination.

I was also just told on the bb irc chat room that taking reduction with whey protain, creatine and no explode will waste the other supplements as reduction reduces muscle gains. And that it would be better to take reduction when cylcing off NO Explode and Criatine. Is there any truth to that?
I am interested in taking a fat burner but I don't want to sacrifice muscle gain, just want to shred the fat.

sure, just spread out the AM dose from no xplode by at least 4 hours. if need be you can take the am dose later in the day as long as its not within6 hours of bedtime

i used to take mhp trac which is a lite creatine and used a fatburner in the am, thing is fatburners have a diretic effect and no's and creatine retain water. I personally would not mix to many supps might as well juice....i use my no's and creatine w/ very clean diet then 7 days off then fat burner to cut the last few pounds....
