Commentary
Fuking awesome session today. Decided to YOLO (again) and squat, and jusy REALLLY ****ING MAKE SURE I HIT CPU DEPTH....and I THINK I did this time...
Went light on DL to try and get some speed and volume to give myself a break from 425/405 the last two weeks.
Video up in a bit. Really happy with this as a last heavy day for lower stuff before a meet...

srs though cant really smash any weights if i get called on depth, which is why i am so concerned with it. I think I will be fine though. Dat dere 200kg squat is right around the corner...
Certainly looking like it man. Definitely for squat bench and total. For deadlift I am sure I will be able to pull a 2.5kg pr. If not I kill myself HT style.

Benching was just meh, not focused but it was alright. I think I am like kinda overreached right now but thats what i want really.
I think I'll go tuesday for light sq/dl, then weds or thurs (ur opinions pls) for light bench.

Opening squat and pull around 385. Hoping to finish around 435 for both.
Bench i'm gonna open at 255ish and hope to end up at 280 285.

So fukng weird going to the gym in the morning. Went on an empty stomach today. Nothing felt like that bad, but things just felt creaky and meh. However I started lifting a lot earlier this morning than I will be lifting on Saturday. I figured I'd try going early 1-2 times this week just so getting up and lifting soon after isn't such a shock on meet day for me. Hopefully it helps a bit.

Good luck on the meet breh. I think when I hit 450 I was doing about what you were on squats, 405 x 2-3. Don't think I went any heavier than that, hopefully you got the same in ya.
Then hopefully you have like a 100lb pr on deads just so you can be like normal and stuff with your ratioMeet bests: 450/305/545

Commentary
Did this at home, since no bench I floor pressed but whatever. It's similar enough, and just wanted to remind my muscles that they need to do some big lifts for me saturday, so I just did some light stuff to practice, get the HR up a bit, etc.
Squats were filmed...definitely to depth. I think I squat a lot better without a mirror. Way more upright and I drive my upper back into the bar a lot better.
Deadlifts felt...good. Like really good. Even though it's super light, it moved in such a way that I know I have a PR pull in store for me this weekend.
This has definitely been the most productive meet prep I've had. Not feeling injured, or beat up at all, hitting PR weights with good technique in the gym, and just mentally feeling very fresh for this one. I think the last one I had way too long of a prep (12-13 weeks) when I really only feel I need about 6.
