I picked up a Jr bar used a few months back and I was really impressed with it. A lot of six foot bars do not have good reviews, but the quality of the Jr. bar is really good.

Just landed a deal on a Sorinex Lat Pulldown with a 300 lb. stack!

Next thing on the list is a full set of pro-style dumbbells.

Spent a few bucks for new toys for my home gym!

Atlas stones and keg (strongman stuff)

Rusty old weights 4x45, 2x25 (needed more 45lbs), a crappy bar (perfect for landmine) and old manila rope

I got these Intek hex bolt end caps for my dumbbells, they sell them for only $5.50 each. They are really high quality with a steel center and urethane coating on the shoulder. Intek was really easy to deal with and very pleasant. I have four pairs of handles and have been removing the bolt and adjusting the weights for different workouts, for that hex bolts work better than allen. Size is approximately the same as a 2.5 pancake plate and they weigh about 1.5 lbs.

But, it's not easy... not a lot of stuff available, and we are a few here (I guess) with kijiji alert on the same keynwords!

Ah, kijiji, home of Fitness Depot. I'm not on alert. I'm just looking for a couple of hundred pounds of one inch pancake plates.

Looks good. I am super bummed that I missed out on a Cybex leg curl recently. I did not realize it had been for sale for a while. Then guy sold it to someone else. On spread.

New Prime fitness goodies arrived home this week. New split squat wedges set, 10deg, 20deg, 30deg. Also landmine, long and short bar for ROT-8 handles attachments and the spreader bar. I already owned the Rot-8 handles from a previous order. The order arrived better wrapped than anything i have bought from any company before... I litteraly love all Prime stuff, i would love to have some room for some of their machines but having these small attachments or tools include them in my home gym stuff! Great pieces by the way.

This may be the last time my wife says "sure, we can stop at that PIAS" while on vacation.

Finally got some 35s, too, so I can hit my early retirement goals.
Very nice. My son told my wife the other day that he and I stopped at PIAS because I like to be disappointed. Which, typically I am.

Pics to come however I just picked up another non-silly knurled Ivanko OB-20kg and Ivanko ship wheel collars.
That's two of those within the last 3-4 months.

First get was 205lbs of unbranded Ivanko, OB-20kg and shipwheels for $150.
This get was $50 for the OB-20kg and shipwheels.

Came right after my boys were arguing who got the OB-20kg since that is their favorite. Guess they'll each have their own

These PIAS guys just looked at me like I was an idiot for taking the rusty old plates when there were so many nice shiny Cap plates to choose from for the same price.

Great pieces by the way.

Nice alec, the rot 8’s are my absolute favorite cable accesory. I am very interested in the spreader bar, please give some initial feedback, they look really interesting

Sorry missed your post. Yes it is, I like it for the tibia raise. My TK is much better for calf work though. Love the nebula fly.

The Rot-8 are awesome and i can tell you that the spreader bar is great too. It is a little expensive, 165$ vs 125$ for the rot-8 handles but it is totally understandable as it has the exact same handles to grasp with your hands plus the frame has lots more material than the rot-8 handles.

As far as function, it is the best ever cable attachment for triceps extensions (over head, bent over facing away from apparatus or facing apparatus normal up and down) and straight arm pulldowns as i have never used any attachment on which you can have a supinated grip (over hand) and being able to change width as you would do with a normal rope attachment and this combination is the best for those 2 exercises. You can do multiple other exercises with this attachment but so far i have only done those 2 exercises as i have bought the attachment for doing these 2 exercises in the beginning.

I plan on using it for other exercises soon and i’ll make a longer review then. I recommend this attachment, build quality is 5/5, consumer service 5/5, shipping 5/5, design 5/5. It is the same overall quality as the rot8 handles so if you are satisfied with these, it is a sure shot to order this one!

Alex, can you explain a little more about what the split squat wedges are used for? I don't think I've ever seen those pieces before.

Are both arms the same length on the Nebula fly? Or are they adjustable?

I just used it for the first time at Quads in Chicago and I really wasn't feeling it. It seemed like the two sides were hitting at different times and it felt really odd. I ended up using a 10° Hammer Chest Fly instead (first time using that too).
