Pushed it really hard on legs this morning. Between leg presses, extensions, curls, lunges, calf work etc I think I hit several hundred reps. The burn is strong.

I like to call those "marathon sessions" lol
I looked back at my old log and looked at the number of total reps done in a session....yea, some true marathon sessions during the high volume days.
Like I'd legi hit 400-600 total reps in a session. I'm sure my number of reps are crazy off from that now since I'm doing rest-pause for 2 working sets on every exercise and sometimes a second backoff set if I feel I wanted a little more.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

No intra bcaas lol srs that’s funny but I did eat Blaze pizza last night and I get the make your own with a shiit ton of toppings to get my $7.95 worth and actually be filling
