Reed had a major toe surgery, plus Smith threw to Vernon Davis a fair amount when he played in SF

You're upgrade from Crabtree to Cooks, and getting a decent flex RB in exchange for your back up TE when you already have Kelce.

What am I missing? Accept the trade now

Luck looked like he was hungry this preseason. He hasn't slung it for a long time, I bet he's dying to. Yeah he'll throw picks, but he's still Luck so he will get something like 350+ 2/2

the browns and Steelers is always a competative game. Big ben. Might not blow it up tomorrow, I'd play tyrod over him tbh. Also Conner is a much more physical runner than bell, he might have a hard time bearing the same load that bell does. Bell skirts out of bounds on like 60% of his runs. I'm not 100% sold Conner will be a drop in for bell for 4 quarters, so he may not catch as many balls as bell, or be as productive in general. Itll be a close game and ben will struggle with the wind

Is it ppr? Cooks is not as big of an upgrade over Crabtree as you think.

Cooks is gonna do what he always does and have monster games and total duds. There are just too many options in that offense for him to be reliable every week.

I think Crabtree is pretty washed up but he'll be a more steady contributor every week, especially in PPR.
