I am curious but...
"The European countries, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Korea and India among others do not have an upper limit for cholesterol intake in their dietary guidelines. Further, existing epidemiological data have clearly demonstrated that dietary cholesterol is not correlated with increased risk for CHD." Pumbed, NCBI
I am keto and eat eggs and bacon everyday... blood test say I am good. So I don't pay attention to cholesterol.APF Summer Bash 08/14

1. Whey Concentrate has more cholesterol as it is more a functionally complete food.
2. I imagine that the addition of Bio-Gro (being colostrum) will increase overall cholesterol
3 & 4 & beyond. The average person consumes 180 - 500mg per day, yet creates 1200mg cholesterol even in the absence of cholesterol-present foods. In fact, when you eat less cholesterol, your body produces more to compensate. Those who have cholesterol issues generally have a 'faulty switch' where their body does not shut off or limit it's production and ignores dietary intake.
Solution: add Bio-Gro (or in this case, Bio-Whey) to your oatmeal
Cholesterol is good - turns on the switches for test, GH, etc. me likey.

In the newest video uploaded on the iSatori YouTube Channel, who won the head to head curl challenge between Marc Lobliner and CT Fletcher?
I am still waiting to hear back on what the prize is so that will be announced later.BB.com Article

LDL, HDL, and blood lipid are predominantly determined by genetics. Dietary contribution to blood lipid is 15%, I believe (have to go back and check). The research seems to show the best thing to eat to keep help with lipid levels is extra virgin olive oil. Probably doesn't need to be said here either, but exercise improves lipid levels too.
