This came a couple days ago. Thanks a bunch! I noticed that the cholesterol is relatively high for a protein powder, any reason why?

    I am curious but...

I mean technically speaking testosterone is cholesterol so dont worry about!

On a serious note if you are unsure about the cholesterol levels check with your PCP to make sure that it is ok for you to use the product.

    1. Whey Concentrate has more cholesterol as it is more a functionally complete food.
    2. I imagine that the addition of Bio-Gro (being colostrum) will increase overall cholesterol
3 & 4 & beyond. The average person consumes 180 - 500mg per day, yet creates 1200mg cholesterol even in the absence of cholesterol-present foods. In fact, when you eat less cholesterol, your body produces more to compensate. Those who have cholesterol issues generally have a 'faulty switch' where their body does not shut off or limit it's production and ignores dietary intake.

Solution: add Bio-Gro (or in this case, Bio-Whey) to your oatmeal

Cholesterol is good - turns on the switches for test, GH, etc. me likey.

Lobliner won the Challenge with 62 reps vs. 50 for CT. CT's were alot cleaner tho! both were very impressive performances.

LDL, HDL, and blood lipid are predominantly determined by genetics. Dietary contribution to blood lipid is 15%, I believe (have to go back and check). The research seems to show the best thing to eat to keep help with lipid levels is extra virgin olive oil. Probably doesn't need to be said here either, but exercise improves lipid levels too.

Almost anybody's reps are cleaner than Lobliner's - haha. But he's got the physique so something's working.

Lobliner was the winner. Both were beastly pumped.
