I did boxing, judo and jiu jitsu for a while in hs and college. Technique and training can make a huge difference.

Alright if I'm going to be honest it depends on the sport. My ex was a world class swimmer and even now if I tried to race her she'd smoke me.

I've gone out with an Olympic point guard and there's no way I could beat her in basketball. I've seen her run off twenty threes in a row then rim out and run off 17 more.

Now I know they don't compare to elite HS guys in their sport but against average guys? They'd smoke them.

Oh and about female strength. In HS there was a good looking gymnast chick that could bench about 2x bodyweight. I'd guess she was 125-135 and I saw her bench 250 as a senior. She wasn't a powerlifter just a gymnast.
