Hey,
I'm getting real tired of the same bland taste of grilled chicken I was wondering if using salsa on the side to dip in in is healthy and okay while cutting? thanks

think about it friend, you are using the term salsa as if it denotes some universal type of salsa we all eat. look at the labels, if it is mostly natural (water based sauces are the best) hit it up. most salsas are relatively low in calories so if it fits into your daily caloric intake for cutting, munch away. the salsa i use has absolutely no calories so I go through a bottle about every 3-4 days.
in fact it became a wonderful alternative to the light miracle whip I used in my tuna. eat up.While I breathe, I hope.
