    Hey,
I'm getting real tired of the same bland taste of grilled chicken I was wondering if using salsa on the side to dip in in is healthy and okay while cutting? thanks

think about it friend, you are using the term salsa as if it denotes some universal type of salsa we all eat. look at the labels, if it is mostly natural (water based sauces are the best) hit it up. most salsas are relatively low in calories so if it fits into your daily caloric intake for cutting, munch away. the salsa i use has absolutely no calories so I go through a bottle about every 3-4 days.

in fact it became a wonderful alternative to the light miracle whip I used in my tuna. eat up.

I was just curious. How would salsa have no calories? Even if everything is all natural, the tomatoes and jalapenoes or other ingredients that mkae salsa what it is have calories. Are you refering to HOT SAUCE such as tabasco or actual salsa that contains chunks of veggies?

I think that a few servings of 15 calorie salsa will fit into whatever cutting boundaries you have allowed for yourself. I mean there is not going to be a perfect way to know calories in/ vs calories out, so i wouldn't scrutinize over some servings of salsa here and there.

    Make your own!

Best salsa in the world is freshly made pica de gallo. It's real cheap and easy to make.
