Don't call it a bag of nuts when it's really more like a trail mix. It's a bit high in carbs for only 5g fiber. Personally, if you want to eat some sort of a trail mix, I would 100% make my own.
Try unsalted almonds/walnuts with unsweetened crasins or rasins (you seem to like them) and granola if you need that sticky sweetness. Instead of granola, I would use Kashi GoLean - much less guilt involved. Give it a try: Almonds/Walnuts + unsweetened dried fruit of your choice + decent cereal... it's a basic formula.
52g of Kashi GoLean will add another 13g protein to that snack, not to mention 10g of fiber and much less sugar. You can eat more, with less cals and better macros.
Are you bulking/cutting or just trying to maintain through the summer?2007 INBF Long Island Experience:

03-21-2007, 01:44 PM #18Peanuts are also known as earthnuts, goobers, goober peas, pindas, jack nuts, pinders, manila nuts and monkey nuts (the last of these is often used to mean the entire pod, not just the seeds).
OP: If you're bulking at "20-28% bf" I would certainly watch my sugar intake, and in fact try to consume as little sugar as possible - certainly not in snacks. Peanuts are not bad, but almonds and walnuts are better IMHO.2007 INBF Long Island Experience:

Im just going to mix these nuts with almonds and some raisins, make it around 75g and have as a snack early in the morning or possible with some chickenStrength, size, power and speed arent achievable without dedication, focus and determination.
