A huge thank you to Controlled Labs and the reps for letting me be one of the lucky people trying their new White Warped Pre-Workout.
Flavor: Gummy Worm tastes similar like the trolli brand sour worms. It's very sweet but you can dillute it with more water. I think it comes down to personal preference. If you're into sweet candy flavors, then you're going to like it.
I would rate it a 7.5 myself.
Mixability: It didn't mix as easily as some other pre-workouts i've used. Perhaps it's because i use an automatic spinning shaker instead of the manual ones. However in the end it still dissolved fine and it's not something that bothered me. 8/10
Effectiveness: This is where White Warped really shines. This pre-workout is great! I think it ranks among my all time favorites. The energy you get from this is incredible. I feel really strong when taking it and the energy lasts throughout the entire workout. And strangely it's almost like during the second half of my workout, it gives me a second energy spike that lets me keep going harder. This definitely helped me go extra on cardio and i love it.
I also set a PR the second time i used this product with benchpress and didn't lose my strength or felt exhausted for my other lifts afterwards. The focus you get from it is solid and the pumps are great too. Overall it's just an amazing PWO. I'm definitely a fan. 10/10
Formula: It has 350 mg of caffeine which is towards the higher end of most pre-workouts. 3 grams of L-citrulline which is great for pumps and more. It's definitely a great formula because this supplement really works.
Overall: Controlled Labs really came out with something amazing and i recommend White Warped to everyone. It really gives a tremendous energy boost and does exactly what you'd hope a PWO to do.

My workout on the first day with using White Warped:
I started off with supersetting exercises with 6 sets total of each. Increased volume which also helps me burn more calories.
Superset - 6 sets total:
Normal grip barbel flat bench - 8-10 reps, 10x110, 10x120, 8x135, 8x135, 6x150, 6x150
Barbel bent over row (full parallel) 8x90, 8x110, 8x110, 8x120, 6x135, 6x135
Crunches 6 sets of 20 reps.
Superset - 6 sets total:
Incline cable fly 10x20, 10x25, 8x30, 8x30, 6x32.5, 6x32.6
Seated row with V-attachment 10x90, 8x 130, 8x150, 8x170, 7x190, 6x190
Superset - 4 sets total:
Dumbbell pullover 8x 60, 8x75, 6x75, 6x75
Dumbbell shrugs 4 sets of 8x90
Leg raises 4 sets of 12.
30 minutes full incline cardio on the treadmill.
2 minute full speed sprints every 10 minutes (3 total)

Lol the scoop is a bit bendy but no complaints here.
It tastes a bit like trolli sour worms. It's very sweet however, so i like to dillute it with more water.
I'm curious how the other flavors tastes.

Unfortunately i caught the flu this week so i've been out of the gym for a few days. But i'm better now and did some chest and back with a personal best on bench! I guess that weeks rest really helped me recover from my previous work outs. White Warped felt great too, really gave me a huge energy boost throughout the entire work out.
