MuscleTechs Clear Muscle...my 12 week log.

thanks to a super generous promo sponsored by MuscleTech, i have been given the opportunity to log 3 full bottles of their lean muscle builder, Clear Muscle. many thanks to MT and all their great reps, especially Marshal28 for picking me to do this logging experience.

i consider myself a fairly fit individual in my mid 50s. i train 3-4 times a week, doing a 4 day split routine. although i have a gym membership, i primarily train in my garage where i have a decent amount of equipment. i just enjoy the solitude of training on my own without any of the hassles of waiting for equipment, crowds and driving.

ive never used Clear Muscle before but ive read up on the product and feel fairly well versed on it. im going to run my log and record my thoughts and experiences in as honest a manner as possible.

Clear Muscle is marketed as a never-before-produced supplement that supplies the revolutionary musclebuilding compound called BetaTOR. the free acid nature of BetaTOR is designed to allow it to digest and appear in the bloodstream quickly, and also deliver a superior muscle absorption rate. this absorption stimulates the universal pathways that must be activated for a muscle to build itself up. in other words, every dose of Clear Muscle amps up your protein synthesis in the muscle while also decreasing muscle breakdown, putting you in the perfect state to build more muscle. VERY INTERESTING!

the 3 bottles of Clear Muscle that i was given to review will provide 84 days worth or product.. Clear Muscle is suggested to be taken on both training and non-training days. 1 serving (2 capsules), in the morning, mid-afternoon, and evening. (6 total per day) so this log will run for approximately 12 weeks.

i just finished a cut and im planning to stay in a maintenance phase through the summer with macros at approximately 2500 calories per day. i eat what i consider a well balanced and clean diet but im am not a fanatic....i enjoy food too much! im hoping that Clear Muscle can help me add both strength and LBM without gaining any fat....after all, it is swimsuit season!.

other than the addition of Clear Muscle all other supplementation remains the same.

i started using Clear Muscle yesterday..... lets get this show on the road!

    5/22 Back/Bi starting weight 177.5 lbs

i work a revolving schedule but i generally train in the mornings. today was Back/Bi Day of my 4 day split. following label instructions i took my 2nd serving of Clear Muscle 30 minutes prior to training. after warmups todays routine consisted of...

    weighted pullups..various grips...4 sets of 10
    lateral pulldowns...6 sets of 10
    barbell rows....6 sets of 10
    dumbbell pullovers...4 sets of 10

all went well with good energy, form and strength. was concentrating more on form and MMC rather than volume and weight. will see how Clear Muscle affects recovery. next post in a couple days

    warmup sets
seated dumbbell press... 4 set of 10
dumbbell upright row...4 sets of 10

6/5 Leg Day.... weighed in at 177.6. loss of .2 lbs

    warmups
    romanian deadlift....3 sets of 10
dumbbell walking lunge.....4 sets, 10 steps per side
    leg press....4 sets of 10
standing calf raise....4 sets of 10

got in a nice Leg session early today and already feeling that pleasant soreness creeping in. going by past results im sure the recovery will be greatly enhanced by Clear Muscle. also, noticing a subtle hardness/definition when looking in the mirror which is very encouraging, i dont know if this a result of Clear muscle use but im sure not complaining. back sooon!

    6/11.. weight 178.0

    Shoulders/Abs

    warm up sets
    military press...4 sets of 10
seated dumbbell press...4 sets of 10
dumbbell lateral raise....4 sets of 10
dumbbell front raise...4 sets of 10

    cross crunch...5 sets of 10
    cable rotations....5 sets of 10

cold is gone and feeling much better! hit delts hard...particularly on the military presses and really felt a nice pump with great vascularity. cable ab work is something fairly new to me and im trying to incorporate more of it into my training. its definitely working different angles than im used to. Clear Muscle usage is progressing well, very happy with results so far.

Awesome news on shaking the cold. When they tend to linger, they just get frustrating!

I too have started doing a little more ab workouts to start my gym sessions. Something to get me going, heart rate up, and set the tone!

    Keep up the great work.

Glad to see you enjoying the Clear Muscle. 3 bottles allows you to see the benefits of the product, in my opinion. Ideally 3 bottles, would be the minimum to use each time you are on it.

Muscle fullness, and seeing results are always a positive. Keep up the great work, you still got plenty more time on CM!

I had a good Fathers Day, glad you did as well!

What's the recommendation - 3 months and then cycle off?
