Hi everyone creatine mono makes me bloat silly, even at 5g per day, but the effects are amazing usually larger shoulders in about 2 weeks and bigger arms.
I can lift a bit heavier ( i don't lift super heavy anymore), and i can train longer.
Creatine is amazing. Now i did some research and saw that Green MAGnitude cause no bloating, i take it but at 3g a day instead of 5.
Any good feedback on this creatine, my diet is prime right now and i also want to lose fat.

Glad to hear that it is working well for you. Green Mag keeps bloating to a minimal in many individuals. You may want to try a full scoop one of these days and see how you'll like it.

Green Mag is good and I also like the effects of creatine like you mentioned but I too get some
puffiness around the lower abs when using regular mono and I'm just doing the basic 5 gms but I
didn't notice that much puffiness when I've used Green Mag and I used the full dosage which gives
you 5gm of creatine.

thanks for feedback everyone , i also have carnivore protein i do not take it everyday, there is an extra 2.5g of mono in there, this is why i try to keep things to around 3g per day.
But so far everything as been great. On days i do not drink carnivore i might hit the whole 5g scoop.
HCL does look interesting i might try that next time.

I would trade out a beef protein for a better protein source such as whey, casein, pea, egg etc
