Weak erection; any good otc supplements that help?

Seems like erectile dysfunction is hitting home and I'm not even 40 yet
I'm in good shape generally but slightly overweight. Exercise at least once a week. I stopped bodybuilding about 5 years ago and have no plans to resume.

The little buddy is starting to fail me more often these days and I'm not sure if it has to do with libido, testosterone or circulation. It's not officially ed, I still can get it up but it's not as hard as it used to be a few years ago.

If anyone is taking otc supplements/compounds for ed and sexual enhancement I'd appreciate your feedback. Which ones are most effective with no major side effects?

I have been researching about tribulus and other "male enhancement" compounds, and these seem to be the most popular options:

• Tribulus terrestris (herb)
• Epimedium or horny goat weed (herb)
• Eurycoma longifolia or tongkat ali (herb)
• L-Arginine (amino acid)

When it comes to brand formulas the choices are endless and confusing. That's why I was asking if anyone has had success with supplements that are specifically designed for erections and sexual performance.

Maybe take a look at l-Citrulline?

This looks interesting, but it says it's the same as L-Arginine, and the latter is widely more recommended for ED from what I read.

Yes, it has been mentioned before. I looked at some Perform XT reviews and they are mostly positive. Gotta try this one.

Read about it too. It's a mineral wax not an herb, more like a multi-mineral.

Nitrates could help, Cellucor NO3 Chrome. Any good NO2 product is worth checking out honestly, I would recommend Gaspari Plasmajet as well, or just regular L-citrulline.

Yeah, I have tried it in the past. It works amazingly well. The only side effect for me, was that I was breaking out with a lot of pimples on my forehead.

Like making gains/cuts, lifestyle changes can make improvements before supplements will.

Poor diet, lack of exercise and especially watching too much pronz can absolutely ruin you.

Bigger loads or sperm count was to the roof, literally. I think it is a good product, however you have to find a reputable brand or seller. I only stopped it because of the acne issue. I might give it another try in the near future

This ones not a quick fix, but more of a foundational fix:

If you watch and masturbate to prob, it can really mess up your mind and penis. All the hyperstimulation from porn will lead your dude not to get the memo when you are in a normal sexual situation. It takes honestly about 3 months of completely cutting out porn and masturbation to see good results, but I promise you your erections will feel healthier and more like a stallion.

Another way I've noticed that gives me way better erections is to really do what you want in life.

Like ask yourself throughout the day - Who do I want to be? And do it. If it's even something simple like 'say hello to this stranger' then do it. Once you take control of what you want in life, it's almost like an aphrodisiac noticing how much control you really have over your life.

TBH though, you need to find out if this is a mental/hormonal issue, or a physiologic issue. Doubtful it is an anatomical issue if you previously got erections in the past and have not injured yourself which caused the decrease in erections. 300mg L-Dopa works pretty damn good paired with nitrates as L-Dopa reduces prolactin which boosts dopamine which in return, elevates testosterone. It will drastically increase libido.
