This is a product log not a workout log so I will be reviewing what heat does for me. I received my 2 bottles of heat and a box of instincts yesterday when I arrived home from work. I took 3 capsules yesterday evening about 20 minutes before my workout. I actually didn't want to leave the gym. It seemed like I had way more energy and I wasn't tired at all when I got home. I had so much energy I cut the back yard. I had planned on cutting the back yard today.

I took 3 capsules this morning while waiting to get my hair cut at the barber shop. I went home and started a load of laundry and after it was finished I put everything up. I took 3 more before I went to the gym and had another great workout. I still had energy left so I went to walmart and bought items to restock our cabinets and fridge. I know its early but I feel like I'm more attentive and focused on whatever I am doing when I take heat.

Thanks guys. Yesterday was Monday May 5th Cinco De Mayo. Upon waking yesterday I was pretty tired from Sunday. So, immediately I took 3 caps of heat and drank a 20 oz. bottle of water. Before I knew it I was in my truck headed to work. I was pretty much full of energy all day. People at work were asking me WTF was I on. My Monday's are leg days, some people might ask why, well it is because I'm the only one working legs so I don't have to wait on a bench like everyone else. Before heading to the gym I took 3 more Heat caps, my drive to the gym is maybe 5 minutes from where I live so I took them right when I got home from work. I had a great workout I even did abs, I hate abs but since I had a lot of energy I decided to knock them out.

Yesterday was my chest explosion day (week 3 of the cube). When I got to the gym someone had decided to homestead exactly where I needed to be to do my floor presses. So I had to do my floor presses on the smith machine which is fine but really not where I wanted to do them. The guy in question not only was in the spot I wanted, but he was taking up three other pieces of equipment. What really aggravated me the most was he loaded up the leg press and did 3 sets of calve raises for 2 reps each set, in my head I'm like WTF you are not getting anything out of that. Other than that I had another great workout and I really probably should have done a little more (I had the energy) but i needed to get home and start cooking.

Wednesday was suppose to be my day off from the gym but I just couldn't take a day off with all the heat flowing through me. So I went to the gym and worked calves and abs. Today is max deadlift day so I can't wait to hit the gym today. My recovery has been pretty good also. It might also be due to the Heat, because I don't feel sluggish at all.

yesterday was a long day at work, I was pretty much exhausted from sheer boredom. I took my second dose of heat when I decided I couldn't take it anymore. Right after I took my second dose it was around 2:30 and I told my coworkers I'm out, time to workout. My workout session was Dead lifts and some back exercises and I went ahead and worked calves and abs. I use to hate doing any kind of ab work but I actually like doing them now. My favorite exercises is anything to do with legs. Today is my accessory day (bodybuilding day) I think I am going to start combining The Cube Method with The Cube Kingpin (365 strong). I have to literally do something with all this energy. My wife is also enjoying all the new found energy as well.

Yesterday (Friday) was my accessory or bodybuilding day. I am probably going to do my accessory day again today if I get everything done that I need to get done. Since my energy levels are so high I am going to combined some of the workouts that are laid out in the original cube method and the second version 365 strong. I really want to maximize all this energy and do something good with it. I got on here last night and got side tracked by the 6 week bpi sports challenge. So I think I am going to signup for it and really put Magnum Heat to work. The only thing I am worried about is one of the weeks my daughter has a week long soccer camp and we are housing a coach for a week.

Today was leg day for me. I woke up early because Sunday I took my 2nd dose of heat at around 6 pm, I still slept fine throughout the night. I took my 1st dose on the way to work. I took my 2nd dose around 2 pm. I got to the gym around 3:30 and had a great leg workout. I like doing legs on Mondays because I don't have to wait on equipment since everyone else is working chest.

I've been taking heat about 30 minutes after I wake up. By the time I get to work I'm feeling terrific. About 1:30 I start getting a little sleepy, that might be due to lunch. So, I've found that if I take heat at 2:30 I have so much energy for my workout. After my workout I really wanted to try and get the yard cut but the yard has been so wet and it has been raining every afternoon the last few days.

Day 1 of the shortcut to shred is down. I am not that fond of just running for cardio that is why I picked the shortcut to shred routine. I am doing different exercises for cardio not just to go and run which I need to do some form of cardio. Heat is definitely helping out. I had energy throughout the entire workout.

All this cardio in the 6 week shortcut to shred is pretty intense for me at least since I'm not use to cardio. But I am enjoying it. I was doing goblet squats as one of the cardio accelerations yesterday and one of my gym mates asked me what I was doing, he might like to try it. He aggravated a muscle in his leg 2 weeks ago and can't really do squats. So he tried out the exercise and it felt pretty good with his pulled muscle. He thanked me for the new exercise that he is going to incorporate into his workouts. I have done workout programs before that are 5 and 6 straight days and by the 3rd day I was really exhausted, but to my surprise I am not lethargic at all, I think Heat is playing a big role in me still feeling energetic.

It is coming along, I need to weigh myself to see where I am. Some people might think 1 minute isn't very long but, when you are going balls out not sandbagging the different cardio exercises really kicks your butt. I am soaking wet during and after my workouts. A few people actually asked me if I just got done taking a shower.
