If you have the ability to control your portion sizes, unless you are on a keto diet, there is no reason why you should not be able to regularly eat moderate amounts of regular pasta.

    Too good to be true.
I find it strange that there are 0 carbs, but is has fiber? Fiber is a type of carbohydrate. Unless it means "0 net carbs". For it to be so low in calories, I'm assuming it's loaded with chemicals. If you're not concerned with eating organic, this is not an issue.
What I WOULD be concerned with, though, is: are you going to get full from eating this? Probably not. You'll just be eating something with no nutritional value, and will likely end up getting hungry and eating something else.

If you're looking for healthier pasta alternatives, try whole grain pasta, brown rice pasta, and quinoa pasta. If you want to stick to low carb, try making "Squashetti" (using spaghetti squash to make spaghetti noodles).

I've been trying protein noodles, 39.7 kcals 0g Fat and 9g protein with only 1g carbs per 100g, they seem to be doing the trick, pretty tasteless though

Thanks all, I was just wondering what people's opinions were on these. I'm cutting and only have small portion of oats as my carbs and was just thinking of trying these once or twice a week if I felt I needed something 2 fill me a,little. Mixed opinions
