REVIEW:
I don't have much to say other than the fact that X-Factor Advanced is a great product that worked well for me. I had read up on arachidonic acid back in 2009 before I stopped lifting and was interested in trying it back then. Unfortunately, I stopped lifting after my second child was born. When I decided to get back in the game, I knew XFA was in my future - and it's definitely a product that I will continue to use as I work towards my goals.
DOMS and dry joints were sides that I dealt with while on XFA. I experienced some gastrointestinal distress while dosing at 7 caps, but that was remedied by decreasing the dose to 5 caps. In the future, I would like to dose at 8 caps and am looking into countering the GI issues (caused by the magnesium in XFA) with calcium supplementation. Not everyone will experience the GI issues I dealt with, but be prepared to go through some daily DOMS.
My training routine was more pump-oriented than it was for strength building. With that said, it was difficult for me to gauge gains in strength. I did increase the weights at several points during my log, but I attribute that more to the consistency in my training and not supplement use. What XFA did for me was allow me to have an all-day pump. I train fasted as soon as I wake up in the morning and usually rely on Craze to get me through my workouts. It got to the point where I no longer needed Craze and was able to manage an intense workout with nothing more than XFA. My pumps while on XFA were absolutely incredible - and these were not pumps that faded away an hour after my workouts were completed. These were all-day pumps!
Other than what I have mentioned above, I think my before and after images speak for what XFA did for me - and my diet wasn't squeaky clean (especially towards the end of my log). Beyond what supplements can do, I truly believe that remaining consistent with your training is what matters the most. I've seen amazing transformations that people have pulled off in a short period of time. And although my transformation to this date may not be as awesome as others, I see the difference and am motivated to keep working towards my goals.
Best of luck in your journey, folks.

Thanks for the support, brotha!
X-Factor is the bizzzness! I'm gonna miss being off of it, but am already looking forward to my next run.
Thanks! Definitely give it a shot. I don't think I've come across anyone that didn't notice an increase in strength or change in physique. Most people have much better control over their diets than I do, so it's pretty safe to assume that you will achieve better results.-----

Thanks!
I was initially dosing 7 caps (1.75g of ArA), and decreased it to 5 caps (1.25g of ArA) at around the halfway point of my log. This was due to the magnesium in XFA causing me GI distress. I think mega-dosing this stuff is the way to go. With that said, go 8 caps if the GI distress doesn't hit you.
Thanks again, bro.
Thank you. XFA is the ish.-----

Nice work OP.
I would also openly attest to XFA being one product that actually works. No sugar pill here.
Trying my next run with CL GlycerGrow as I hear the two mesh perfectly together, anyone heard anything about this?
FWIW although OP mentioned joint pains, I didn't experience these but I did dose lower than 7 caps.

Thanks! I guess the joint pain comes with me being an old fart. Arthritis runs in my family, and I'm pretty sure it'll eventually catch up to me at some point.
I ran XFA with GlycerGrow and acetyl l-carnitine. I would've skipped the GlycerGrow if I wasn't training fasted, but l-carnitine or acetyl l-carnitine would be a good idea. Might as well stack XFA with Peak Beta+.-----
