Its Lee Priest, doubt not even once. And when it comes to goat forearms in history, Lee is the only one on that list above who deserve to be there. Where is Sergio Oliva, where is Mike Mentzer?

I voted Phil because the shape and super low inserting brachioradialis is the freakiest I've ever seen. Roelly has equally impressive brachioradialis insertion points but the shape of Phils is insane. Lee had insanely full extensors and flexors that complimented his full biceps and triceps beautifully.
I guess it depends on what you consider more important when judging the forearm.
